When my now wife and I were looking into photographers, our venue, sent us recommendations that we explored first. Some of them we connected with and from their samples we didn't like - too dramatic or whimsical - while others ignored us or were outrageously overpriced for what looked like photoshop city. We expanded our search and found Lauren, who was connected to a few other vendors we were looking into as well. Lauren, from our first meeting, had the vibes we were looking for. She was at the same time, relaxed and stern, fun and funny but with an attitude of making sure the job gets done and done right. She also made sure to note that she spoke fluent Vietnamese and could help support with or elders too which made her both our photographer and on the spot coordinator too which was amazing for our actual wedding day. She ended up doing our engagement shoot as well, which came out fantastic (even after inclement weather). Lauren was everywhere on the day of our wedding, and I was so surprised just how many shots she took, on top of the photos we definitely wanted to get and planned around. She has a style that is natural and light, with an eye for beautiful candids and is a pro at making the posing feel normal with her humor and friendly aura. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would and she would have earned each and everyone and then some. Needless to say she is our go-to photographer now and my wife and I are signed up for her winter wonderland photoshoots too!

We got married 9/24/22- and we had the pleasure of having Lauren as our photographer!!! My husband and I really wanted to find a photographer who not only took great photos, but that we could also feel comfortable with since they would be in charge of capturing moments of our special day together. The moment we had met Lauren we knew she was the perfect fit!! She has such great energy and made the day so much fun! Everyone who interacted with Lauren commented on how talented she was and asked how we found her! Posing for photos can feel awkward- but her positive and bubbly personality made it feel way more natural. We also just got a sneak preview of some of our wedding photos- and wow they are truly breathtaking! The editing is amazing and really captures the fairytale vibe we always envisioned. If you can- I would also book her for your engagement session. We did that- and it made us extra excited for our wedding seeing how great those photos turned out as well. Her style is very creative and emulates a dreamy vibe that was perfect for memorializing our special day. Despite wedding days being a hectic day overall, I was very surprised with all the key moments captured so perfectly without missing a beat. You can tell a lot of hard work and dedication went in perfecting her skills.

We would recommend Lauren to anyone!! She is such a positive and comfortable energy, which made her so easy to work with. Her seasoned experience and professionalism was very apparent within our first few photos with her. For 2 people who aren't as natural in front of a camera, we never expected the photo sessions to be so fun and enjoyable. Lauren would even crack jokes to get us to laugh during the photo. My then-fiancé now-husband and I had such a great experience at our engagement shoot with Lauren that we additionally booked her almond blossoms mini session.

Whether it be by directing us through various poses, finding the best angles for lighting, or guiding a large group of 50+ for a family photo, Lauren led all the photo sessions extremely smoothly. It was great seeing her work so well with our other vendors as well such as our wedding coordinator and cinematographer.

After seeing our edited photos for the first time, we were so surprised and impressed! Lauren sure knew how to make us look good and capture the most beautiful shots!! We are so glad we chose Lauren and are already looking forward to booking her again for one of her offered mini sessions throughout the year.

Lauren was so wonderful during my engagement photo session!

We loved her airy, bright, light style and my fiancé insisted on going with her. From the get go, she was always willing to work with us. She helped us choose an engagement photo spot that met my interests. Before our session, I sent her a Pinterest board with photos that got to the 'vibe' I was trying to capture in the photos and poses.

When we met her, she was there early and ready. She had reviewed the board, and already had a plan laid out! We are both not so great in front of the camera, but she was so natural and got both of us to loosen up quickly and so many amazing shots. Literally what am I supposed to do with so many good engagement photos?!? You could tell she was doing a great job at getting us to loosen up and enjoy ourselves - a bystander stopped by and asked for her card!!

She even got a few exact poses from the Pinterest board in - and they turned out great! She has such an amazing eye and really takes care of you. The photos she edited turned out amazing and I'm so glad we had the opportunity to work with her, and I'm EXTRA excited to work with her during our wedding. I would choose to work with her over and over again, and will definitely recommend her to friends and family looking for photographers.

Lauren and her team are amazing. My husband and I did not take any engagement shots with Lauren before our wedding so I was slightly concerned I would have a photographer that did not "meet my needs". I was completely wrong. Throughout the wedding planning process, she worked with me personally to plan our schedule and ensure that we get all the photos we wanted for the special day. At the wedding, her team was efficient and creative trying to navigate around all the people. She responded with sneak peaks within a couple weeks and the photos were gorgeous!
