Where do I even start?! If you were thinking of hiring anyone else to help coordinate your wedding, look no further because you need Niña & her team! Even though she was our day-of-coordinator, she was there for us once we became one of her couples. Being a "covid/pandemic" bride (planning/engaged since November 2019), the stress was definitely at a higher level then I could have ever imagined. From having a year, to not planning for 6 months, and finally going full steam ahead with around 60 days left, Niña was always there to reassure me that whatever vision I had, or whatever scenario my wedding would become, she was going to help turn it into reality.

The whole day of my wedding, I never worried if anything was being taken care of because I knew Niña was on top of it. She went above & beyond and always does more than expected. From being there with breakfast in the morning, helping everyone receive & pin flowers, holding items for the ceremony (so that I don't forget them), to setting up the decor and centerpieces for the reception, Niña & her team did not let one detail go unnoticed/unfinished. She made sure all night that we were both happy and if we needed anything.The whole team also helped to pack up everything at the end of the night and place it in the car so that I would not lose any items.

I seriously could not have had this wedding without Niña. Many people at our wedding touched on what a great job the team had done and I couldn't agree more. I knew Niña was the one for us even before the pandemic, and I only have more appreciation for her after! Forever grateful for Planning Cloud Nine ❤

My (now husband) and I got engaged last May 2020 and we both knew right away we wanted to hire Niña/Planning Cloud Nine team, especially after seeing her work her magic during my cousin’s wedding. She and her team did NOT disappoint!!!

Months leading up to my 10/2021 wedding, Niña met up with us in person as well as via Zoom in order to run through our wedding day timeline, pre-ceremony tasks and set-up instructions for her team. She really made sure that every major pick-up, drop-off and set-up task was taken care of so that there is ZERO stress for me, my husband and family/friends. She did an amazing job from start to finish, made sure our timeline ran smoothly, and was very quick to solve any issues that came across her way on the day of the wedding.

A couple weeks before our wedding, Niña also contacted every vendor we hired to confirm all special deliveries, arrival times and floral/decor set-up times. AND to top it off, not only did she make sure the wedding party and couple were taken care of… she also constantly checked on my Mom and made sure she ate & drank throughout the wedding!! It’s both the little and big things she did before, during and after our wedding day that made our experience with her the best. Thank you, Niña and PC9 team for all your help in making our wedding day the most perfect day of our lives!

Planning Cloud Nine provided our day of wedding coordination and we couldn't have asked for a more organized and stress free wedding.

Nina did her groundwork and met with us multiple times beforehand to go over our expectations for our big day and helped us create a timeline. She took initiative in many aspects and was quick to reply to any questions we had. She is real easy to talk to and was open to all our wants and needs. She reassured us the entire time that she and her team would take care of all the details for our Big Day and repeatedly emphasized that we should being doing nothing else but "enjoying the moment" on our big day day.

The day of our wedding Nina and her team worked hard behind the scenes. She became our wedding day single point of contact for EVERYTHING, from vendor coordination, flower and decoration/centerpiece placement, and most importantly sticking to the program timeline (which was a big one for us as we've seen so many weddings get off track when no one is on top of it). She and her team even provided food and refreshments for our wedding party of 18 without us even asking to ensure we all had enough in the tank to keep the party going all night long!

Nina and her team really allowed us to live in the moment, feel as if we were guest of honors, and fully enjoy of our special day stress and worry free. For that, we really can't thank her and the Planning Cloud Nine team enough!

If you want a coordinator who would treat your special day like it were her own - Niña is the one to hire. From the moment we got engaged and had her on our team, she took charge and brought our visions to life. She was on top of everything and gave much attention to detail. What we love most about her is that she is solutions-oriented and keeps a positive attitude in everything. There were a few moments in our wedding where we missed a couple of things (our fault!) - but she was so quick to act, nobody noticed a thing! This is the kind of person who would run in heels for you if she needs to - and still looks great doing it!

An absolute boss lady with the most compassionate heart; she is also tremendously caring, not just to us (the couple) but to our family and entourage as well. Appreciated how she tried to minimize calling us on our wedding day so we can focus and take it all in. But even when she did, it was really just to check in on us and put our minds at ease that she was taking care of everything. We were in such good hands. She was never mean when giving instructions to our other vendors and entourage, but still gave them out with authority and confidence. Some of our bridesmaids and groomsmen were saying how they felt like the day was so smooth and easy and they really got to enjoy most of it, and we know that’s thanks to her! Her professionalism and expertise made our big day what it was! And to this day, it’s still being talked about by all our friends and family especially given that it was the last big event before the citywide shutdown due to the Pandemic. I’m glad everyone had great memories of it!

Nina was a dream to work with. Although we only had her as our day-of coordinator, she was went above and beyond our expectations. We met in person about 3 times before the wedding, but we were in constant contact via email and/or text. She was attentive to what we needed/wanted and also gave suggestions/ideas for things we weren't sure of. She never pushed any ideas that we weren't into, but honestly, all her ideas were pretty great. She saved us from paying additional delivery fees by offering to pick up all the personal flowers needed for the ceremony as well as the breakfast for the bridal party on the morning of the wedding. She was at the ceremony, even though the church had their own coordinator, just in case we needed anything. Her team did a great job setting up the cocktail hour, reception area and dessert tables. Nina was on top of the timeline and kept us stress free until the end of the night. Nina and her team also cleaned up at the end of the night and loaded up the cars with anything that we planned to take home. Our wedding was awesome and a big part of that was thanks to Nina and her team. We would 100% recommend her to anyone and everyone! Overall, Nina was great to work with and you will not regret hiring her to be part of your special day.

When I first started researching day of coordinators, I knew they would be available to help out before the wedding but Niña went above and beyond. Every time I left a meeting with Niña, I felt so much better about the wedding and the stress melted away (at least for a little while). She was available by phone or email any time of the day and she had suggestions and recommendations aplenty. She brought food and coffee to the hotel room early in the morning and she was a life saver to my bridal party. I heard comments the whole day on how calm I was and that was because I knew that Niña shared my vision for my wedding and that if any problem should arise she would take care of it and I would be none the wiser. I would recommend her to everyone because not only did she save my sanity but she made my wedding day run smooth. I was in a wedding a couple of weeks after my own and saw firsthand how a wedding goes when run by a lesser coordinator. Needless to say, it made me appreciate Niña that much more. Her and her team are the best!

I'm not sure what we would have done without Nina and her team! She was such a HUGE help in the finalizing the details of our wedding and then implementing our vision day of. If you are looking for someone that you can give the reins over to on the day of your wedding and feel confident things will be handled...look no further. I'm a planner and a worrier, her team made me feel confident that I didn't need to worry and if an issue did arise or something I had planned wasn't going to work, that they could improvise and make it better than I had envisioned. Thank you Nina for helping to make our day go so well! If there is one piece of advice I could give new brides, get a day of coordinator...it is seriously the best money you will spend. On the day of your wedding you won't want to stress about flowers or setting up the place settings...you'll want to breathe, take in the moments and enjoy your family and friends. That's why Planning Cloud Nine was so amazing. They took the worry out of the day and I could try and be as present as possible. We SINCERELY couldn't have done it without you guys!!!

I can honestly say that I don’t know what I would’ve done if I didn’t have Planning Cloud Nine as my wedding coordinator. Niña was patient, organized, and extremely involved. So much stress and chaos occurs during planning and Niña completely relieved that throughout the whole process. She made herself available via text or email 24/7 and was probably the only person I trusted. I felt that I could always approach her with my concerns because she was so friendly and really cared about making my experience smooth. I was able to rely on her to make phone calls, create time lines, and even recommend quality vendors. Not to mention, she and her team set up all the décor and the layout of the guest/dessert tables and did an amazing job! (Something I rarely say because I’m super picky). I can’t express this enough, but a wedding planner is crucial and I am forever grateful for Planning Cloud Nine!

Planning Cloud Nine was the reason my wedding was such a success, the reason it ran so smoothly leading up to and on wedding day, and the reason it will be remembered by so many as the greatest wedding ever. She coordinated with all the different vendors and it was impressive to know that despite some vendors being unresponsive or uncooperative with each other, she was able to get things done. During the planning process, she provided us with a timeline and sequence of events for the wedding so that my wife and I were really able to better understand the "big picture" as far as the wedding day was concerned. She was willing to handle last minute errands for my me and my wife as our wedding day got closer. Also, her conflict resolution and critical thinking were so important to our big day going smoothly. Many unexpected things happened during our wedding, but she was able to fix everything!




A few particular examples that stand out in my mind are:
1) I organized tuxedo rentals through a local company and the week of the wedding, the company forgot to include multiple accessories with the groomsmen tuxedos. The company wasn't able to receive the missing items until the day of the wedding and I didn't have enough time to pick the items up without running the risk of being late to my own wedding and she went out of her way to pick the items up for me. This showed me that Nina was willing to go that extra mile and make sure that we didn't worry about anything on our big day.

2) The bishop that was supposed to marry me and my wife didn't show up to our wedding on time, this started to cause a bit of panic. Nina kept everyone calm and tried calling the pastor with no success. Nina had intentionally waited until after the issue was resolved before she informed my wife of the change and I really appreciated this because had I told my wife from the beginning that the pastor did not show up on time and we didn't know who we were going to have officiate our ceremony, my wife probably wouldn't been VERY stressed out. This incident showed me that Nina can skillfully manage a crisis with ease and finesse.

3) The caterer required my wife and I to provide 9 tables. I set up the table rental with a local party rental company and the day prior to the wedding, I wasn't able to make it to the party rental business to drop off the deposit for the delivery and the business wouldn't answer my calls or texts that night. This had me really worried that we'd end up not having tables for the caterers to serve food to our guests and when I told Nina about it, she informed me to not worry about it and that she would take care of it. When I arrived at the venue a few hours early before the start of the ceremony, I noticed that all 9 tables for the caterers were set up. This showed me that when there is a crisis Nina will handle and when she tells you that she'll handle something, she's true to her word and she's reliable.




Nina is, hands down, the best wedding coordinator that I've ever known. Her reliability, professionalism, promptness, and ability to manage crises with ease proved to be the key reason as to why my wedding ran so smoothly from start to finish. She's extremely organized and I couldn't imagine planning a wedding without her.
