Getting To Know You -

There is an abundance of incredible venues and talent worldwide, creating both excitement and a sense of challenge. As your dedicated team, we will take the burden off your shoulders. We'll learn about you, your wedding goals, your aesthetic, and your guests - all before signing a contract.

Logistics and Planning -

A seamless wedding involves so much more than how it looks. A beautiful event, while nice to look at, means nothing if it isn’t well produced. It’s understanding proper service, whether it’s an intimate family-style dinner party for 20 or a multi-course culinary experience for 200. It’s crafting food and beverage pairings and presentation based on your aesthetic. It’s analyzing a photographer given their personality and medium, and the way they handle light. From procuring accommodations and ground transportation, to dealing with vendor/location barriers, entertainment, guest lodging budget strategies, rain back-ups, and beyond, we manage it all. We serve as your advocates, presenting procured choices based on what is best for you and your event, while crafting the wedding of a lifetime for you and for your guests.

Design -

We meticulously craft the ideal color palette, taking into account your preferences and colors that work well together. We craft design and location for which floral installations work great for your location, ensuring that every visual concept is personally conceived, and every detail is carefully supervised. Our goal is to craft an inspiring ambiance, blending your identity and preferences with your celebration location, creating a seamless and personalized design.

Execution -

Like the saying goes - takes a village - and that applies to producing a great wedding. After the planning and design is set, we become hosts on your wedding, overseeing the production from set-up to tear-down. Gifts delivered; rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and other events and activities completely managed. We’ll make sure you have your beverage of choice in hand. Mother nature has other plans? No problem. We’ll run the entire show with you as our guest.
