Working with Peter for our wedding was the absolute best choice we've ever made!!! Peter and Emily are the dream team and really understood our wants, needs, and the vision from the get-go. They put thought into every single detail from tricky logistics to design ideas. They were both extremely communicative during the whole process and I was never once stressed out on the day of our wedding or even the months leading up to it. We were also dealing with thunderstorms and rainfall in the hours leading up to the ceremony and Peter gracefully dealt with the challenges and even ended up executing our dream ceremony outdoors. Emily was also extremely organized and carried out our vision perfectly. The day truly felt representative of us as a couple with personal, meaningful touches. I also had multiple guests compliment the reception space, stating it was the most breathtaking setup they've ever seen, and I would agree!!! My wife had to convince me to hire Peter, because we were really trying to keep our wedding on a tight budget. During the wedding, though, it quickly became clear to me that we would not have been able to pull off our vision without him. He takes care of all of the things that stress you out, removing them from your full plate and handling them independently. But more than that, his expertise and professionalism mean that he also takes care of things you never even think of. I remember one moment this became really clear to me was when we were standing at the top of the aisle, ready for our walk, and he was coordinating with the DJ to make sure music was looped to allow it to sync with the walk, but also that the music got switched at the right time for the groom to start my walk. I never would have had the forethought to run through those contingencies. He was in close contact with all of our other vendors, helping everything run smoothly. After the wedding, I realized there were a few things that he discretely took care of (like when some of our decorations broke in transport, he went out and bought new ones without bothering us with questions or asking permission), so I'm sure there's dozens of other things I didn't even notice. He's a no-fuss guy who gets the job done, has a calming presence (in planning zoom meetings, over text, and in person), is attentive without being demanding (he was always at hand when we needed him, but was never hovering or in our intimate space), and is very warm and kind. He also had lots of excellent advice and ideas (ask him about the "post-ceremony, Bride and Groom moment to themselves"), but is also flexible and always reiterates that they're suggestions only, and he is there to make our vision real. I'm so, so glad we hired him, it was one of the best decisions we made while planning the wedding. I highly recommend him, I can't say enough good things about how he helped us in so many ways. Peter did such a fantastic job before, on, and after our wedding day! He has such a calm demeanor the whole time which kept me grounded especially in the planning process. He was SO helpful during our rehearsal, especially as our officiant switched last minute. He helped walk our new officiant through exactly what he needed to do. He even made sure all requests from parents went through me which was MUCH needed:) On our actual wedding day, Peter was a jack of all trades and was flexible and creative in fixing problems as they came up- I didn't even realize there was a problem since he was on top of it so quickly!
