  Made our vision come to life! I was able to relax and enjoy my daughter's wedding without stress. Peter decorated and made the day flow beautifully.

  Peter and I communicated quite a few times before our wedding to make sure he knew what we wanted done and help us carry it out. I lived four hours from our venue and knew I needed help the day of to help me enjoy and relax for my daughters wedding day. Peter did a wonderful job and I would definitely use him again!

  Incredibly flexible and dependable

  Peter was absolutely fabulous as a day of wedding coordinator! I was having a hard time finding someone in my price range who could conceptualize my ski wedding ceremony dream, but Peter came through for me!
  
  For the reception I asked Peter to be 100% in charge of decor design and setup, and he exceeded my expectations. He has a plethora of classy reception decor that you get to use as part of his package, saving you money, time, and reducing waste. He coordinated a late night pizza delivery for us, and even helped take home items we didn’t want to deal with that night, so we could leave without asking family to help.
  
  Peter was irreplaceable from design through execution, and allowed us to relax and enjoy our evening. I would 100% hire Peter again!

  The best wedding planner

  I recently had my wedding, and I am so grateful that we found Peter. We currently live in Texas and wanted to have a destination wedding in Park City Utah. My wife and I tried to start planning our wedding from afar, but that was just not possible without having someone there in Utah to help us. We started looking for wedding planners, but were spectacle with some of the horror stories we heard from other weddings. From the first day we spoke with Peter, he was very detailed and made us feel comfortable once he explained everything of what he offered. Throughout the whole planning process, Peter was always on top of everything, and would communicate with us regularly to make sure everything was in order. He gave suggestions, and made the whole planning experience stress free. On the wedding day, Peter was there for my wife and I when we needed something and made our wedding day so amazing. He knows exactly what he is doing and would do anything to make your wedding better than you expected. Thank you Peter for such and amazing wedding.

He not only executed our vision perfectly but also added thoughtful touches that made the day even more special. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Peter handled all vendor communications, confirmed final details, and helped us created a detailed timeline that covered every aspect of the day. Because of this, we were able to fully enjoy our reception without any stress! His professionalism and dedication ensured that everything ran smoothly, from start to finish.   Peter was imperative to the success of our wedding, and it wouldn’t have been nearly as amazing without the support and assistance that he provided to my wife and I.
  
  When my wife and I originally sat down to begin planning our wedding, we learned very quickly that it would be incredibly stressful for us to plan alone, especially with us both working full time jobs. Peter filled that gap immediately, and after our first introductory conversation both of our stresses and concerns almost instantly started to fade away.
  
  Peter was professional, paid attention to detail, and helped assure that the only thing we would have to worry about on our wedding day was to have a good time, and have a good time we did!
  
  I appreciated how organized Peter was, and he was able to adhere to every detail that my wife and I provided to him in regards to decorations, vendors, theme, and too many other things to name.

  Flexible and willing

  Out of all the event planners I interviewed, Peter was the one who was most willing to work with my vision and to be the one to do the physical work with his crew to make it happen. As mother of the bride, I knew what I wanted the decorations to be and look like but I physically couldn’t spend my time that day doing it. Others wanted to supervise another vendor to set out decorations, which is such a waste of time and money. I loved working with Peter and appreciated his quick responses and his care for the bride and groom. He showed flexibility and kindness all through the process and event. I’d highly recommend him as your planner.

  I contacted Peter to assist with my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding as a day of coordinator. I honestly wish we had engaged his services as a wedding planner for the whole event. Peter spoke to the bride and groom several times before the big day, and he met with them at the venue to do the final walk through. He was very responsive to any questions we had, offered recommendations / suggestions when needed, and was extremely detail oriented. His willingness to work with us and be flexible was invaluable to us. I highly recommend Peter’s services so don’t wait to hire him … I’m sure he’s in high demand.
