Peter was truly the backbone of our wedding day, making everything feel absolutely seamless from start to finish. Despite a few unexpected hiccups, he was there in an instant to save the day with a calm confidence that let us enjoy every moment without worry. Peter and his team didn’t just coordinate—they treated us like family, genuinely invested in bringing to life every detail of our vision. He went above and beyond in every way. Working with Planned By Peter. Weddings & Events was truly one of the best decisions my business partner Krystal and I made while planning our multi-day luxury micro-wedding workshop for photographers. From start to finish, they were incredibly organized, communicative, and genuinely invested in making everything run seamlessly.
We experienced some pretty intense weather conditions—rain on day one and 30+ MPH winds on day two—and somehow, they handled it all with professionalism and calm confidence. Not only did they keep everything on track, but they went above and beyond to ensure every single vendor was taken care of and supported throughout the event.
Their knowledge and connections in the industry are unmatched. They anticipated needs before we even realized them ourselves and handled countless behind-the-scenes details that we didn’t have to stress about at all. And I truly still can’t get over the fact that they managed to secure and maintain a full tablescape in 35 MPH winds—unreal.
They exceeded every expectation we had and then some. You don’t fully realize how much goes into executing an event like this until you work with a team like theirs and see just how much they carry on their shoulders.
As a wedding photographer, I will be recommending them to all of my couples moving forward, and I will absolutely be using them again for any future events I host. Could not recommend them enough. -

Working with Peter was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I honestly don’t think I could have managed the day without him and his incredible team. From our very first conversation, it was clear that Peter genuinely cares about his couples and takes so much pride in what he does.
He was on top of every single detail; logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, rehearsal management, and décor setup; everything ran flawlessly. I shared my vision for a cozy, chic fall wedding, and he brought it to life even better than I imagined. Every space looked stunning, every transition felt effortless, and it was all because of his attention to detail and calm, organized presence.
On top of that, Peter went above and beyond by MC’ing our reception since we didn’t have a DJ, and he was amazing at it! He kept the night flowing perfectly and our guests absolutely adored him. Multiple people came up to us to say how kind, professional, and fun he was to work with.
What truly stood out to me was how much heart he puts into everything. He listened, supported, and executed every part of our day with such care. He even picked up all of our décor beforehand and dropped it off after the wedding, which was such a lifesaver for us.
Peter is more than just a coordinator, he’s the person who turns your dream into reality and makes sure you actually get to enjoy it. I can’t recommend him enough to any couple looking for a planner who’s not only exceptional at what he does, but also just an amazing human being. -

Peter did such a fantastic job before, on, and after our wedding day! He has such a calm demeanor the whole time which kept me grounded especially in the planning process. He was SO helpful during our rehearsal, especially as our officiant switched last minute. He helped walk our new officiant through exactly what he needed to do. He even made sure all requests from parents went through me which was MUCH needed:) On our actual wedding day, Peter was a jack of all trades and was flexible and creative in fixing problems as they came up- I didn't even realize there was a problem since he was on top of it so quickly! Our day was absolutely perfect and stress free because of the support Peter provided:) I highly recommend him! -

My husband and I chose Planned by Peter’s day-of coordination package for our destination wedding at Snowbird Resort. From our first meeting with Peter, we knew that he was going to be intentional with us as a couple, listening to every detail and executing a memorable wedding day. We couldn’t have asked for someone with a more calming and reassuring demeanor throughout the whole process. Peter consistently advocated for us when communicating with our vendor team, allowing us to be confident in our choices and enjoy the wedding planning process! Collaborating with Peter on our big decor items and having his support/experience were the only reason we were able to have the wedding day of our dreams. Peter put in extra time and effort to pick up our seating chart, drop off decor items prior to the wedding day, and coordinate our ceremony rehearsal. Our bridal party and wedding guests were so impressed by his professionalism, as well as how smooth everything flowed, from the beginning of the ceremony to the end of the last dance. I truly could not imagine a better day - I am not exaggerating when I say it went off without a hitch! I would highly recommend involving Planned by Peter in your wedding planning experience. The value of his work is worth every penny :) -

Peter and his team did a great job taking our vision for how the day would go and making everything run smoothly. He kept us on time and since my husband and I weren't able to join the cocktail hour, made sure we had refreshments during pictures. He has a wide array of items you can "rent" within your purchased package which is really nice to not be responsible for buying everything and the space looked wonderful! Great value for a Day of Coordinator who checked in multiple times with us leading up to the wedding day. Highly recommend, especially if you already have much of your day planned out like I did as their execution was fantastic. -

We hired Peter and his team as a day of coordinator for our wedding and were thrilled with his services. We are from out-of-state, so having him as a local expert was great. Peter is extremely thorough and communicative. We almost had a venue change the day of our wedding (due to uncontrollable circumstances) and he was ready to roll with it. We it utilized his inventory for some decor etc. which was a great bonus. They were very professional and easy to work with. -

Peter was absolutely fabulous as a day of wedding coordinator! I was having a hard time finding someone in my price range who could conceptualize my ski wedding ceremony dream, but Peter came through for me!
For the reception I asked Peter to be 100% in charge of decor design and setup, and he exceeded my expectations. He has a plethora of classy reception decor that you get to use as part of his package, saving you money, time, and reducing waste. He coordinated a late night pizza delivery for us, and even helped take home items we didn’t want to deal with that night, so we could leave without asking family to help.
Peter was irreplaceable from design through execution, and allowed us to relax and enjoy our evening. I would 100% hire Peter again! -

Out of all the event planners I interviewed, Peter was the one who was most willing to work with my vision and to be the one to do the physical work with his crew to make it happen. As mother of the bride, I knew what I wanted the decorations to be and look like but I physically couldn’t spend my time that day doing it. Others wanted to supervise another vendor to set out decorations, which is such a waste of time and money. I loved working with Peter and appreciated his quick responses and his care for the bride and groom. He showed flexibility and kindness all through the process and event. I’d highly recommend him as your planner. -

Peter went above and beyond so we could enjoy our special day, every details was handled. He was thoughtful and always finding beautiful options that were within the budget. He is creative with what’s important to you and really pulls everything together. The day off, I was able to relax and just enjoy the day with my wife. I can’t repay that type of experience, it was incredible and I am so grateful we chose Peter!
