We could not be more happy with Cassandra and her team. We planned our wedding from out of state and having someone to give vendor and venue recommendations was key. Cassandra was able to help us sort out the logistics and stay in budget and make our wedding happen exactly how we envisioned it. Once it got to be within a month of the wedding Cassandra was on top of emailing vendors and making sure they knew exactly what the plan was. Not having to deal with all the logistics was a lifesaver. That continued through our rehearsal/welcome dinner and wedding day. We had a couple things not go right to no fault of the Plan It team (groom didn’t have his pants, bride was not feeling well etc.) but Cassandra was available to us for late night and early morning problem solving. Anything we needed she and her team had it handled. The team created a stress free wedding day for us and our families. We have already gotten so many compliments on the wedding and how smoothly everything went. We could not have gotten through this process without the Plan It team!

Cassandra was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning when we engaged her 9 months out from our wedding. While she was hired as a month of coordinator, she was there with us all along the way and was always willing to meet with us as we interviewed vendors or help me vet or find vendors as I needed to. When I felt overwhelmed by the planning process and was worried about the budget she offered advice to help me find solutions and feel better about the planning of the wedding. The day of wedding experience that she arranged for was the best. My day started with a full body massage and she setup our snack bar at our getting ready venue. The weeks leading up to the wedding we stayed in constant contact with one another as things changed or questions came up. When the day of the wedding arrived I was truly stress free because I felt confident in Cassandra and I knew she had it all under control and knew every detail that I had planned. Which helped my mom, groom and our wedding party all feel relaxed as well and able to have fun. She really goes above and beyond — even keeping in touch with us after the wedding with name changing how to and special Christmas tokens to commemorate our first holiday season as newlyweds. I would 100% recommend Cassandra and her team.

Cassandra from the beginning was very organized and put together. After the initial consultation meeting as a bride, I felt, “WOW THAT’S A LOT OF MONEY.”
Once we reviewed Cassandra’s EXTREMELY organized wedding booklet and website; that showed us Cassandra was more than confident and experienced to make our day special. We were very ecstatic because she covered things concerning the wedding that no other planner ever mentioned.
The wedding day experience was BEAUTIFUL!!! From the way she addressed every situation and every person she was very professional and a leader. If I could give Cassandra 10 stars I would for her marvelous service and making our wedding day experience a memorable one.
Cassandra's execution was FLAWLESS. From providing details with the wedding party, different events, our families, and vendors; she kept us informed with everything. She communicated with us and did not leave any stone unturned. After this entire experience you became very close to your wedding planner, and working with Cassandra we developed a sisterly bond, and she is a part of the Atkins #MitchellPartyof4 family.
Our wedding was on May 15, 2021; and even after the wedding Cassandra is still communicating and reminding us of things that need to be completed.

Cassandra went above and beyond to make sure that my planning process and my wedding process went as smoothly as possible. Mind you, my wedding took place in the middle of a pandemic and required SEVERAL changes to accommodate Through it all Cassandra was there to help us figure it all out. Cassandra was a listening ear for me LITERRALLY at any hour. She kept my husband and I on task asf organized. The day of my wedding was stress free and amazing. Cassandra even scheduled me to have a massage the morning of so that I was refreshed and relaxed. I definitely recommend her and would use her again!

Cassandra and her team exceeded my expectation on our wedding day. She had done so much for us during the months leading up to our day, that I really didn't know what else there was left to do. No matter the time of day or night she responded, and her attitude never changed, she was open to any and every change that i wanted.. This was one of the best decisions that I could have ever made to have an event coordinator assist us with all our needs. From the very first consultation I knew that she was the one for us. She had it all together, she had the answer to every initial question. When i asked about different vendors she immediately sent me information with multiple vendors for me to choose from. Also with me finishing nursing school she picked up all my slack and made sure that i stayed ahead.She sent out emails with everything i needed to do, and if i wasn't able to do so she would get it done or send me drafts. There was so much that Cassandra did that i felt like was above and beyond and I know for a fact if i had chosen another coordinator i wouldn't have received services. Even though i know that she had other clients that she worked with, she made me feel like i was the only one, and I'm sure the other brides would agree. The only thing I would suggest is that when there are large weddings like my own, that there are more team members to help assist, but you guys handled it and we were happy.. I will not be having another wedding, but I've already stated the any and everything event that i have, she will be hands down my even coordinator. I can't thank you enough for executing and exceeding my expectation.

Cassandra was the partial planner for our wedding and she made sure everything was executed to perfection! She provided us with so many different resources and vendor options and kept us on our toes each month to make sure we met all deadlines. Not only did she make sure we were comfortable, but she also made sure our family and friends were as well. She assisted in every way during the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. She even had gifts/surprises for us on our wedding night! Cassandra was amazing in every aspect and we are so grateful for her, her team, and their services.

7-27-19 has came and gone but if I could go back and do it all again without the planning I would, MY DAY WAS EVERYTHING, the Fairtale I experienced as a Bride was so magical. The day went so smooth and the best decision I have ever made besides marrying my best friend was have Cassandra and her team be with me throughout the entire wedding planning and coordinating. My family and fiance can't stop talking about her and they have literally sent her personal messages to let her know how great she was. My mom has stated can we keep her even though you have gotten married. Cassandra I dont have words for how over and beyond you have went for me all the way to my bridal showers. You were more than a planner and coordinator. You were my friend through this and you became family. I love you! I am fighting back tears now because she was just that wonderful to me and my family and being ATTENTIVE TO ME AND MY NEEDS. This day would have not been a fairy tale without her. I know some days she was like what idea does this girl have lol but she went along with it with a smile and said ok Karneisha. We would like to take the time out to thank Cassandra and Plan It Coordination’s for the best wedding we could ever imagine hands down. We used Plan It Coordination to help plan our wedding day, from the beginning she was very friendly and excited to be apart of our big day. She takes the time to talk with us and really get to know us and find out what we expect. Cassandra is very interactive, she keeps us engaged the whole time by sending us to do list, check list, emails, updates, and we also met up periodically just to touch bases and it is filled with fun and laughter and gifts �every time.
