I was looking for a bakery to provide a cake for my Mom's 75th Birthday party and I had a certain look in mind.
I was planning everything from out of state and flew in for the party. Patty was so wonderful and responded quickly to all emails. (I had several questions...LOL) She delivered the perfect cake! It looked EXACTLY as I had requested!! I did two different flavors and was simply AMAZED at how great they both tasted!!! Nearly every guest (about 25) commented to me how much they enjoyed the beautiful cake! I will continue to use this bakery for any future needs and I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

We were looking for a small cake for our very intimate ceremony and booked Pioneer Bakery for our January wedding. Patty was very approachable and willing to work with me on all the details (colors, design, flavors, etc.) to make it the way I wanted. She made an amazing job! Who doesn't love cupcakes? Everyone at our wedding loved our choice of cupcakes over cake and Patty really out did herself. They were so pretty and SOOO yummy! We have a few left over and enjoyed them for several days following the wedding. We did a navy wrapper, white frosting, grey fondant flower with bead, so pretty! Patty was super easy to work with and very responsive. Patty was one of the few bakers I interviewed who was willing to come to site and set up the cupcakes. She charged a very reasonable fee for this and slipped in and out without me even seeing her on the day of. Her set up was perfect and I could not have asked for more.

SO GOOD! Patty was affordable and the cake and cupcakes were so good! We went with all filled cupcakes, pink champagne filled with raspberry (also our cutting cake), Banana filled with banana, carrot cake filled with cream cheese frosting, a white cake filled with chocolate ganache, and a white cake filled with lemon. Everything was incredible! YUM! And delivery was included!

VERY very happy with our cake! It was so good and we got so many compliments on it. It was so pretty! We are so excited for our one year anniversary cake we are getting there :)

I loved working with Pioneer bakery. They used to to have a shop in downtown puyallup, but she now does it from her house on a smaller scale. She has a detached kitchen for appoinments and where she makes the cakes. We went for a tasting and the cake was amazing. She had really unique flavors, we went with pink champange with buttercream frosting and banana cake (I cant remember was frosting was on it). They were amazing! She was super flexible with everything I wanted. I wanted the cake off-white, and I wanted the bottom two layers to be fake and just have sheet cake in the back to pass out. She was great and my cake turned out amazing.
