I flew across the country to have a destination wedding at Cave B Inn in Quincy WA. I had my dress vacuum-packed at my bridal salon and needed to find a place that could steam out the wrinkles before the wedding on a very tight time schedule (the dress had a full puffy skirt with many layers). The ladies at Pins & Needles were able to beautifully steam my dress on extremely short notice. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and meticulous work with my dress. It looked amazing for my big day and I am beyond grateful for their help!!

I was sent to Pins & Needles by the store where I purchased my dress. They told me that they send all of their customers there for alterations. My wedding dress fit me well on the day of my wedding, and overall I was pleased with their skill at sewing. However, I would not recommend their services due to a lack of professionalism and poor communication skills. For my third (and supposed to be final) fitting, I made an appointment. When I showed up, I was told that my dress was not even in the shop and I had to wait around until the owner's son could bring it over from her house. I had traveled over an hour from my house to go to my fitting and had to spend all afternoon waiting for my dress to show up and the work to get finished on it. I was never called and informed that my dress was not ready. The dress was still not done and I had to set up one more appointment for the following week. This time, the dress was done...but the owner decided to take a personal phone call on her cell pone during my appointment. I was very disappointed with the customer service they provided.
