SERVICE & PROFESSIONALISM
We are huge on service. And portraying a standard of professionalism even under stress is important to us. Anna always stayed calm and direct. The very first thing she said to us when we initially met was her goal for us on our wedding day, is that we don't worry about anything.
That was very assuring because I know a lot of brides like me can tend to really get overwhelm at all the details. She simply asked us what was the one thing that we are kinda worried about on our wedding day--we shared them and she addressed them and made sure we were at ease.
Her goal was to make things happen--period. She made sure she was always on the same page with the us and wasn't afraid to tell you her opinion or suggestion. I knew that I was at ease when anything I asked her to do, it was done. More importantly, it was done correctly. One of our priority for our wedding day was to stick with the time line of the country club of our reception. She was great at making sure the progam ran smoothly and on schedule. Our wedding day was going so fast that I didn't even know what was going on next. Anna would simply just politely wait, smile if we were talking to guests then tap our shoulder and whisper, "okay, it's time for the cake cutting"... And if you're wondering: we stuck to our timeline.
ORGANIZED
Anna is very organized. I cannot stress how gifted she is in organizing all the details of our wedding day. She is knowledgeable of the wedding industry and knows the minute details that go along with it--especially
all the details for the actual wedding day. If you've missed something, she will catch it and mention it to you. Apparently, I missed to bring "pins" for the money dance. She always carries a kit of standard items just in case.
COMMUNICATION
Anna has great communication skills. She never assumes and always asks before she does something. For example, she told us that she would be directly be contacting our outside vendors to introduce herself and get to know them so that when the time comes for her to contact and communicate with them and coordinate timelines, our vendors would know who she was. She first sends us an email just to let us know what she would be doing. I told her that during work hours the best way to communicate with me was text. It was great she worked with what worked for me "the client". And if she wasn't clear on something, she would confirm. And if you are one who are really bad sometimes on getting back to emails, well Anna is great at following up until you get back to her.
PERSONALITY
Outside of a great work ethic, Anna is just a great person to work with. You could tell that she has a passion for weddings. You know someone is good at something when they do it with such passion and a smile.
I actually think your wedding day won't go just as smooth without her behind the scenes. Take it from us. We do not regret having her on board.
It's true--your wedding day is for you and your future spouse to enjoy and not worry and wonder if the limo is going to be on time or did the cake decor turned out what you envisioned. I guarantee you will not be disappointed with Anna & PinkPeony Weddings.
Both my ceremony and rec eption is at one hotel, and I thought hotel coordinator would be enough. But wrong. I thought I am organized enough, but I forgot many things on the wedding day (including my marriage certificate at home). I would need a thousand replica s of me to execute my vision planned day-and-night for months. Plus, you can't be everywhere on your wedding day to make sure things are as you envisioned or to run back and forth if there is something you want. Anna was there for all those things I couldn't do myself.
And you don't want to leave those to your family or relatives coz you don't want to be mad at them if they don't give you the vision you had in mind. My BMs are my sisters/cousins, and thought they w ill do my bidding, but they all ended up being very busy themselves or very inexperienced that they can't take care of my needs. Anna did most of the things BMs were supposed to do.
Before the wedding, Anna called all my vendors an d set their timeline. She is very organized and professional. I didn’t have to worry about when vendors will come in. I can just laid back and trust Anna that she’ll ask vendors to be there for important moments.
It rained on my wedding day and we had to move the ceremony inside. Anna was on top of things. She took care of the moving and decor with the hotel coordinator, and I didn't have to worry about it. There were so many last minute things t hat I didn't finish (including table names, photos to the DJ, etc). Anna took care of all those. Both my groom and I had a good time for the rest of the day. We had no worries, and went along the flow Anna set for us. But she also made sure that things were as I wanted.
She even took care of cleaning up and moving things to our bridal suite. My BM were having too much fun and I didn't have time to tell them what to take. By the time we finished da ncing, everything is all packed up, moved to cars or our room, and we just needed to go upstairs. No mess no fuss. Anna and her husband even sent us off upstairs.
During the whole wedding day, Anna kept checking on me to see if I am ok. My family and BM are too busy that they can't make sure I'm happy the whole time. Also, it's good to have a buffer between me and my family. She is very good at interpreting facial expressions, so she knows when I was unhappy and not saying it. She was my speaker of the day. She was my voice, my extended eyes, my hands, my legs, my phone, my watch, my communicating medium b/t all sorts of people. She was everything I couldn't be on th at day. I was simply a bride and she was the "planner me". She is the "go-to" person for everybody for any decision or any emergencies. Nobody came bother me with anything.
I can’t say enough of how great she is.& nbsp; Hire her. It will worth every penny of it. Having a peace of mind and enjoy being a bride = priceless.
She helped set up my entire reception including helping me decorate my cake which looked FABULOUS! (will post pics soon) There were so many little things that needed to be done and she executed them exactly the way I wanted. Annaliese even sent me photos prior to my ceremony/reception to make sure that was how I wanted it. She constantly checked in on me, the bridesmaids, and the groomsmen prior to my wedding and throughout.
We had a little issue with another group who rented another room inside of our venue and the head guy was being a complete jerk. My friends said Annaliese handled him with so much grace and professionalism.
So many of my friends and family came up to me saying how great Annaliese was. Annaliese and her team were so professional and helpful, I truly would not have been able to do it without her. Her prices are ridiculously reasonable and affordable, you cannot go wrong with her. Her communication prior was stellar. She was such a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone.
