I have nothing but positive things to say about Pinecrest! Working with Hayley and Mark was wonderful. They were very detailed and asked many questions to make sure our day went smoothly and how we wanted it. We had so many compliments about how good the food was, and they accommodated all our guests' dietary restrictions with no problem. Hayley had suggestions for ideas for our day that we ended up using, and we are glad that we did. She was also very present on our day and made sure everything went smoothly. To top it off, it was the most affordable venue of all the ones we looked at, so that sealed the deal right there!

I don’t have enough amazing things I could say about Mark and Hayley. Just absolutely amazing. If there was a bump in my day, I never felt it! The entire day was beautiful and seamless. They are both extremely responsive and were probably sick of hearing from me at the end! We could not recommend Pinecrest enough for any event!

We had our wedding here in April 2018, and we could not have been more happy! We were planning the entire thing from out of town, and Amy (event coordinator) really came through for us in every way! She was extremely accommodating to meet with us when we were in town, helped coordinate with other vendors (florist), and recommended our DJ, who they are preferred vendors for (Music in Motion). She took all these ideas and made the space exactly what we wanted. We had an early afternoon brunch an d custom mimosa bar, which were done perfectly and guests loved! The space is so lovely and the greens are stunning...and very well kept even in the winter! Plus, you get your name on the marquee, which is really great for pictures- and they have great televisions you can show slideshows of you and your partner!

Pinecrest has a large selection of food to choose from. Whether you are doing a sit down or buffet style dinner, it is all at very affordable prices. We did a buffet style dinner (Eagle package) for our reception. We did not need the desserts from this package because we were ordering mini pastries, for a dessert table, from a bakery. They let us swap out the two dessert choices for two other items off the buffet menu (other than a main course). Pinecrest was very flexible with any changes we wanted.

During the tasting, the chef came out to talk with us to see how we liked the food and to see if any changes needed to be made. Honestly, there was nothing we wanted or needed to change. Everything tasted great!

Summer was great about following up on all of my emails, with the tons of questions I had. She was on top of everything and worked with all the requests I had. Summer also had great recommendations when we were looking for places to go for goodies for the guests.

At the reception, everyone commented on how delicious and moist the food was and how there was plenty of it. They still keep complimenting on how nice of a place Pinecrest is and how great the food was. The room was set up so nice. It had a real romantic feel to it. I would recommend this place to everyone.

My husband and I just had our wedding reception here on July 9th and it was amazing! Our planner, Summer, is a gem to work with! She is such a great person and she really makes planning the reception so easy! Everything we asked for, she went above and beyond for us! The food is amazing, the drinks are delicious and the servers were wonderful! I would definitely suggest throwing a reception or banquet here! :)

I couldn't have imagined anything as wonderful as how our day turned out. Our coordinator made sure that everything was perfect. This is a golf club that was transformed into a beautiful reception venue. We worked with Summer and she and her team made our day fabulous.
I would highly recommend Pinecrest to those people that are looking for good service, great food, flexibility and professionalism at it's highest! Well Done!

Patty is absolutely great! She was very responsive to our emails and made was very flexible with our decorations as well as different changes we made along the way. The food was exceptional and overall our wedding was great! Thank You!

We just had our wedding here about a month ago and we were so happy we choose Pinecrest! Tracy, the wedding coordinator was such a pleasure to work with. She was so helpful and was always there to answer our questions:) The place is beautiful with a rustic elegance feel to it and we could not be happier we choose this venue!! The food was delicious and just how we remember it was when we did our taste testing. I would highly recommend this place for weddings and other events!!
