Angelica made tonight special. She was very energetic and pleasant. My son and our family really enjoyed themselves tonight especially when Angelica and the team sung happy birthday.

I liked the food and they were easy to work with. My only issue with them was they wouldn't ever call me back or email me. For this reason we paid in full on me we made our menu selection.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VENDOR!

We chose this vendor because our venue only allowed 3 options for caterers allowed, and of course, Pierros was chosen because they were least expensive. During the year of planning & working directly with the initial catering director, it wasn't until 4 months before our wedding when we found out that there was a new director. We found this out after sending an email on spelling our wedding menu items so that we can add it to our wed site. The new catering director/owner said that previous director basically "under charged" for what we selected but he will leave the contract "as is". During this discussion he would frequently cut me off and did not listen as he was so busy trying to argue his point.

We regret using this caterer as the food wasn't really good (and our guests really did not say much about the food either as no one went for seconds) and the owner is EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional, and NOT RESPONSIVE! It will take him days before he returned phone calls. All of this made it very difficult to pay a $3,000+ catering bill to someone so rude and just downright nasty! You get what you pay for...lesson learned!
