Bob and Lisa were such a pleasure to work with! The were friendly and professional - felt more like having family at our wedding rather than professional photographers. They made sure to get all of the shots we requested, and then some. They were friendly and attentive and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Not to mention the quality of our pictures, we now have a beautiful proof album of over 300 photos, our keepsake wedding album, and framed pictures galore! Bob is awesome with the creative side also, he did a black and white with a soft blur around the edges of our ceremony kiss - one of my very favorite pictures that is framed and displayed in our home!

The folks who run this vendor are great! They have wonderful personalities and make you feel very comfortable. They took as much time as we needed to go over all our options, question, and concerns. One of the biggest selling points to this company was that the photographer himself had an assistant. The assistant was to keep things organized! I was sold! I knew that I didn't want to worry about making sure we got all the pictures we wanted, I didn't want to be fetching this person or that person to get a picture. The day of our wedding the photographer showed up alone. His assistant had injured herself and was unable to attend. I wasn't too concerned because I had nothing but confidence in the photographer. He did a great job! However, when we got our proofs back one very important picture was missed. There wasn't a single picture of just my Mom and me. This may not sound like a big deal, but it is a picture that I would most treasure as I lost my Mom earlier this year.

All and all we were very happy with the service, the price, the quality of work ... NO COMPLIANTS there. My ONLY complaint is that they didn't have a back-up assistant, and not only did I miss out on a very important picture ... but I'm sure the price of said assistant was factored into the cost of services.

I would recommend them for the quality of work and their professionalism. I just was unfortunate with my experience.
