Myself and my wife hired Alyssa to photograph our wedding, in October of last year. We were very excited, however ultimately Alyssa met us with numerous excuses as to why our wedding wasn’t delivered yet. My wife was so understanding, however, Alyssa took it upon herself to say some extremely hurtful and unprofessional things in the midst of us trying to get our photos. This isn’t the first time she has spoken about clients in that manner, or given people the run around. The truth is, that after her behavior, we feel we have to let people know who they’re hiring. Alyssa is unprofessional, mean spirited, and the quality of the photos in the gallery are so disappointing. Several parts of our day are missing, and we know there’s no way to get those back.
