Working with Kristen was one of our best parts of our entire wedding process. She is so kind and calm, which made taking photos such a smooth experience. She took engagement photos for us first (which was included in our package) which turned out absolutely stunning! We wanted a fun and vibrant vibe in the boardwalk and they turned out even better than we ever imagined. We were so happy working with her before the wedding day because it really helped us become comfortable in front of the camera and get to know her. 

Kristen did an amazing job on our wedding day as well, capturing every moment of the day. She focused on getting candids of our guests, beautiful portrait shots of us on the boardwalk, and all of the family photos we were hoping to capture for the day. Years from now we will look back at these photos and know we picked the PERFECT person to capture our big day. We can’t thank her enough and would recommend her to any couple!

Our original wedding date got changed due to Covid and we had to switch things around last minute. I reached out to Kristen through mutual friends and she was available to do our very small ceremony on our original wedding date. Kristen was an angel to work with, from start to finish. I appreciated her scheduled call upon inquiry. She was so sweet and so invested in mine and my husband's story. Her intentions were aligned with mine- the best part about the wedding day, more than anything else is the celebration of marriage- which made her a perfect fit for us. We valued simplicity, integrity, compassion, and trust in our selected vendors. Kristen went above and beyond and surpassed our expectations. Days before our wedding she e-mailed me to let me know she was keeping an eye on the forecast and shared that she would come prepared with umbrellas and a positive attitude, regardless of what the day brought. Well, it rained on our wedding day and I am happy to share that I barely even noticed because of all the sunshine Kristen brought to us. She arrived to our venue well before I did and was first to greet me at the door. She managed to capture the most beautiful photos. We are OVER THE MOON with how well Kristen captured the joy and happiness of our special wedding day as well as the natural beauty of our location. I've worked with Kristen on a few photoshoots before and knew she would be an amazing wedding photographer, and she proved me right! She is one of the sweetest people I've ever known, she she shines as a wedding photographer. Kristen is calm, collected, and organized, but she can be commanding when she needs to be (like trying to organize my giant family for pictures and making sure they all had their eyes open). She also makes you feel comfortable being photographed if you feel like you're awkward in front of the camera, and she makes sure the poses are varied and flattering.

Not only is Kristen awesome at sticking to the schedule and making sure she's serving your vision for your wedding, her pictures are GORGEOUS! I am beyond happy with how they turned out, and I'm having trouble just picking a few to print and hang up! All of the pictures came out beautifully, even though they were shot in a dark church, the bright summer sun, and a dark reception hall with spotlights. Kristen is a very talented photographer and editor, and she knows what she's doing behind the camera.

Hiring her was the best decision I made for my wedding! (After saying yes to the proposal, of course) Hire Kristen if you want a stress-free wedding day that is photographed beautifully! :)
