We are grateful that Peppercorn catered our wedding! Rebecca and Jess were very thorough, organized, and responsive throughout the planning process via video calls, a site visit, email, and our tasting. Shout out to Chefs Jess + Tanzii and their staff; our guests raved about the food. Since one of us is gluten-free, it was fantastic to have a majority of the food be gluten free or modified to be gluten free - including a great waffle and chicken canapé. In addition, our guests thought the staff was lovely and I am especially grateful to the staff member who went above and beyond for my mom.

Jess and her assistant Rebecca were absolutely amazing during the entire process. From the initial tasting to needing to up the guest count in Spring 2021 when things started trending better to introducing me to the best florist/decorator around. I can't speak more highly about Peppercorn and their staff. Friendly, nice and super responsive. Any time I had a question or a concern, they were able to answer it or come up with a solution.Guests have messaged me since our wedding raving about how delicious the food is. After booking our venue, our next step was to find the perfect caterer. From the moment we first connected, I was put at ease when discussing all things for our big day from the rehearsal dinner to farewell brunch. Jess worked with us to meet any budgetary concerns, and kept us updated with payment due dates throughout the entire process. Our tasting was INCREDIBLE and I knew we chose the right vendor for us. It was hard to decide on food because everything was just that good. When it finally came to our wedding weekend, Rebecca was a literal angel and made everything easy for us and our family at our rehearsal dinner and on our wedding day. Our wedding dinner was insanely good – so good in fact that we have guests calling us almost a week later to tell us how amazing everything was! I mean, when was the last time you craved wedding food?! Family style was perfect for our long farmhouse tables and truly got our guests mingling and sharing – exactly what we wanted. The brunch was also amazing, and the perfect way to wish our friends and families goodbye. We've already discussed at least half a dozen times about planning an anniversary dinner next year and having it catered by Peppercorn just to have our wedding dinner one more time. As both a bride and a wedding vendor well versed in the industry, I truly couldn't recommend them more – do not hesitate on booking Peppercorn Events. And get the marinated steak with corn, omg!

We highly, HIGHLY recommend Peppercorn Events! Like many couples, the food at our wedding was extremely important to us and we wanted to make sure it was delicious and plentiful. Holy moly, Peppercorn did not disappoint! The food served at our event was so amazing and delicious - we received several messages from family and friends commenting on the incredible food! But in addition to the fantastic food, one of the reasons we loved working with Peppercorn was their professionalism and organization throughout the process. Our wedding took place in a museum which required a full service caterer to basically bring in almost everything for the event. From initial tasting to our wedding day, Jess and Rebecca at Peppercorn were thoughtful, responsive, and thorough with every aspect of the planning. While wedding planning can be stressful(!), Peppercorn kept us at ease with their attention to detail and superb organization. This became such an important factor in planning and executing our event, and we were so grateful we had chosen Jess, Rebecca and the Peppercorn team! I truly cannot say enough about how amazing Peppercorn Events is. Like so many people I had to change my wedding plans due to covid. What was going to be a 200+ person indoor wedding in Boston Massachusetts in July 2020 became a 2-day 35 people each day wedding in my backyard in Wyckoff New Jersey on April 30th and May 1st 2021. Setting out to re-plan a wedding after you've already planned one is stressful, but once I found Peppercorn Events everything fell into place. From the first call I had with Jess I knew this was the caterer that I wanted to hire, so my husband and I went for a tasting and the food was just as amazing as my conversation with Jess. Not only is the food amazing, but Peppercorn events also centralizes everything- they coordinated all the rentals, and dealt with every little detail so you have an outstanding chef & outstanding event coordinator all in one! Jess was always extremely responsive to every email and phone call throughout the whole wedding process and on the night before my wedding when there were forecasts of up to 60 mph wind gusts, Jess and her husband personally drove over to my house and put the sides up on our tent to make sure the flowers would be ok when the florists came in the morning, which speaks to how dedicated, responsive and reliable Peppercorn Events is! Jess and our day of coordinator (also from Peppercorn) Rebecca truly brought my vision to life transforming my backyard into a magical wedding venue. All of my guests couldn't stop talking about how excellent the food was and many said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. If you are having wedding at your home or bringing a caterer into a small venue you should absolutely hire Peppercorn events, they so far exceeded my expectations I just cannot recommend them enough!

Peppercorn Events saved the day for us. My father turned 65 a few weeks ago and due to COVID 19, we were unable to have the celebration we initially planned. I met Jessica and Dan about a year ago and called them to see what we could do. They were so knowledgeable about current regulations and safety standards and walked me through the entire process. We decided to do a private dinner party at my parents home. I gave them some background on my father and what his favorite foods were and they created the entire menu. I was blown away at how well they nailed it. There was not a single course that my family didn't love. From the first course all the way through desert, we wanted more. The portions were big, the food was better than the catering hall we initially had booked and we were treated like royalty. They handled absolutely everything. All we had to do was let them in the house. I learned that there is so much more to a party than just good food, I have hosted many parties and everyone of them except this one, I felt like I had to run the show. Jess and Dan allowed me to relax and enjoy my Fathers birthday. I will be calling them for all of my future events, it was so nice to be able to enjoy the time with my family. 100% satisfied and highly suggest that everyone use them.

We found Peppercorn through an internet search and decided to hire them to cater our small 16 person wedding in our home earlier this month. Gosh are we glad we did! From the very first email to closing out our wedding night - Peppercorn was fantastic to work with. Responsive communication, extremely professional, flexible, creative menu - they went above and beyond at every moment. And the food was fantastic!!! They took care of every detail, were so accommodating, and truly were responsible for making our special day perfect in every way. All of our guests raved about their food and the service. I cannot recommend them highly enough. And one tip: definitely opt to do a tasting! It was seriously the best date (and meal) we've had in a long time.
