Husband and wife Matt and Rhyan Tierney first formed Pele's Fire Pizza after moving back to Florida from the Big Island of Hawaii in 2010. Together, they have created an authentic Napolitana experience with their mobile wood-fired oven. Whether you are planning a large wedding, intimate gathering, or birthday celebration, Pele's has you covered. We will bring the freshest, most gourmet ingredients to enhance your celebration, taking the stress of creating a unique dining experience off your hands.

We can accommodate your celebration with buffet-style service or provide servers to walk hors d'oeuvres, appetizers, small slices of gourmet pizza, etc., to your guests. We have an extensive gourmet pizza menu for you to choose from, as well as small dishes and appetizers, wood-fired limoncello wings, signature salads, cheese and charcuterie plates, and many more.
