Considered them for our reception dinner

Jimbo's is IT!

Jimbo’s Catering is the ONLY caterer you should consider for your Amelia Island wedding. Delicious, huge portion sizes, delightful staff, they made our reception so memorable! They also baked our wedding cake, about which I got numerous complimentary texts. On top of all that, the value for money is unbeatable. Truly, stop your search, you have found the best!

Food was amazing!!

I got compliments all night of how great the food was! It was so good! I loved the salmon the most. They displayed the food, appetizers beautifully. They were on time, nice and professional. I would highly recommend them to any bride. Food tasting not even necessary, they were delicious. Also the appetizers in a martini glass was a big hit!

Absolutely Perfect

Mr. Mark and his staff are amazing. They are beyond professional. Mr. Mark's knowledge of food, wedding, and events in outstanding. He is worth every dime, Plus his prices are very reasonable. I am so happy I used him for my daughters wedding. 5 star service.

The Caterer To Get!

They were WONDERFUL. We hired them to do my son's wedding rehearsal dinner. They took care of everything. The decorations were beautiful, the food was amazing, the service top - notch, and cleaned up around us without intruding! I would definitely use them again.

Mother of the Bride

Jimbo’s was excellent!! I did not have to worry about any of the catering. They were far past my expectations for our daughter’s wedding. The food was the best! We gad so many compliments on the food, service and all the staff. Would highly recommend them for any occasion!!

Amazing Caterer!

Food. To. Die. For.
Jimbo’s was suggested to us by our wedding planner, and I was SO happy with them. Mark and Kitty are the nicest couple that go above and beyond to make sure your wedding is perfect. We were working with a venue that was new to hosting weddings, and they backed out of a few essential items. Jimbo’s stepped in without hesitation and provided us with tableware, linens, glassware, a portable bar, bar tender, in addition to having great food and service. Their staff was amazing! We wanted a wide variety of food for our dinner and their suggestions were great. Not only do they take care of the food, but they also made a beautiful wedding cake and our desserts. They are such an amazing duo, and I can’t say enough great things about them.

The are a perfect combo!

Mark and Kitty are amazing to work with. They genuinely wanted our daughter’s reception to be beautiful. They made suggestions to help us with food choices and helped us stay in budget while still providing excellent food with beautiful presentation.
They offered a bar that we could rent and it was so gorgeous that it needed nothing added. They have table clothes and napkins in every color and their years of experiences with weddings made them an invaluable resource for color choosing. They brought it all and then some. When we added 50 guests two weeks before the wedding, they acted like it was nothing. Their charcuterie cart is a work of delicious art! Everyone is still commenting on the delicious food. They are a perfect package! Amazing food, beautiful presentation, experienced staff! It couldn’t have gone better and we didn’t have to spend a fortune!

Wedding caterer

I had no doubt that I wanted to use Jimbo’s for my own wedding after one simple previous experience at a different event. Very professional and very organized. One of the easiest vendors to work with and communicate with during my wedding planning process. They both gave great advice in regards to menu choices, etc. Now… the food, WOW! I still to this day (2 months later) have guest talking about the excellent food and appetizers! This is by far the best wedding food I’ve ever had and my guest have said the same as well. The shrimp and grits station was wiped completely clean! Not to mention all the leftovers we were sent home with, that was eaten immediately because it was all just that good! They set the tables to a T, and it was so nice and easy to know they supplied china, chargers, etc. We also used their bar and bar service, which was phenomenal as well! Their bar is the nicest bar I’ve ever seen at a wedding, and they decorate it to par! I cannot recommend Jimbos enough, the food, the service, Mr. and Mrs. Steedley… it was all phenomenal!!

Guests all raved about the food!

Words can’t express how much we enjoyed Jimbo’s Catering at our daughter’s wedding. Guests are still telling us how much they loved the food. Kitty also made the 5 tier wedding cake and Auburn themed groom’s cake. Beautiful and delicious. Mark and Kitty are great to work with. Tables were set perfectly. The appetizer displays were amazing. Shrimp and grits, okra pods and more! The chicken and pork were great along with the twice baked potato, green beans and apple salad. Wonderful! The copper kettle coffee service was very beautiful as well. Everyone was satisfied by choices and quality. They made a picnic basket for the couple to enjoy after they left the venue. They are very thoughtful.
