Tara is wonderful! I needed her for day of coordination to help my vision go smoothly and everything was perfect even though it rained. She had back up plan and was prepared to handle anything. I definitely recommend her if you are looking for someone to bring your wedding vision to life!

Hiring Tara was one of the first decisions we made when planning our wedding and it was certainly one of the best. She worked with us through COVID when we had to postpone the ceremony by a year and made sure our wedding day ran smoothly. We had about 200 people at a venue where we had to bring in everything (including a tent, bathroom, etc) and she pulled it all off perfectly. I found out later the little things that went wrong (none of which was her fault), but she handled everything so well that I had no idea that day -- exactly what I wanted. Tara is so friendly but also runs a tight ship. We are so glad to have had her with us on the big day!

Tara went above and beyond helping us prepare for our wedding. She was professional, organized, passionate, and overall super great to work with. Tara was our day-of-coordinator for our wedding in June 2021. She stuck with us through two COVID postponements and was so incredibly supportive and helpful throughout that entire process of planning and then re-planning our big day. Not only did she handle the execution of all day-of logistics and wedding decor for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, but she also coordinated our vendors in the months leading up to the wedding, and held weekly calls with my husband and I in the month leading up to the wedding. She also led our ceremony rehearsal, making sure we felt at ease going in to the big day. Truthfully, she did far more than that too in all the in-between. She was a wealth of knowledge when I we had random questions about all things wedding, always quick to answer a text or panicked phone call as we navigated all the ups and downs. From day one, she was incredibly organized and professional, but at the same time supportive and comforting like a friend would be. We could tell she was really invested in making our big day a success, and she followed through perfectly on that promise. I'm extremely type-A and she took all my plans and instructions for the decor and logistics and made sure it was all executed exactly how we planned. On top of it all, she did a great job of pivoting/improvising when little things came up on the wedding day - she fixed the problems and my husband and I had no idea they ever even occurred. This is exactly what any couple wants in a day-of-coordinator. We absolutely adore Tara and would recommend her planning/coordinating services to anyone embarking on their wedding-planning process.

I can't recommend Tara enough! She went above and beyond to coordinate with each of our vendors and execute our vision flawlessly. Her attention to detail and ease of communication made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We knew everything would be taken care of which allowed us to enjoy each moment of the day. I dont even know where to begin to say how amazing Tara is to work with. She is so attentive and prompt. She is so organized and detailed, and this was before my actual wedding day. The weekend of my wedding could not have been more perfect and I owe that all to Tara. She had everything laid our perfectly for me, and kept everyone on task.

The day of the wedding she made sure everyone know what they needed to do and where to be. Never once did I feel stressed the entire weekend and especially on my wedding day. She kept me informed on things that were happening or if she had a question for me, but always had things handled. in fact, by the time I had showered the morning of my wedding...essentially everything was already decorated and ready to go.

I couldn't thank Tara enough for being my wedding planner/day of coordinator and all that she has done for me. Even all of my immediate and extended family couldn't stop raving about how wonderful she made the entire process. She is simply amazing and she made my day equally as amazing.

Tara is amazing to work with! Planning a wedding, especially during a global pandemic, is stressful. We ended up having multiple venue changes due to all the state orders that came out and Tara was my saving grace through it all. She was so understanding and took a lot of stress off by jumping in to help with all the changes and communicating with vendors.
