Dani was our day-of coordinator and décor planner for our 170-person wedding. Dani’s detailed timelines and checklists kept us on schedule and ensured that no detail was overlooked. We worked with an excruciatingly difficult venue that continuously changed its policies, but Dani was able to gracefully help us throughout and navigated the obstacles while always making sure we were able to receive what we were promised. Dani’s recommended vendors, from florists, to furniture and equipment rentals were second to none. Dani’s décor expertise transformed our venue from a slightly dated conference room into an elegant ballroom. The day of the wedding, Dani handled hiccups without our knowledge. She was organized, punctual, and supportive. We could not have hosted such a successful wedding without Dani – she was an absolute joy to work with throughout the process and we cannot thank her enough!

Words will not be able to express how thankful I am that I had Dani as my day of coordinator. I tend to be a person who likes to be in control, especially when it comes to organized events with family, friends, ext. Right after my first meeting with Dani, I knew that I did not have to be stressed or do a thing to organize my wedding day. Dani is very thorough and goes above and beyond expectations. She is in touch with local vendors, which allows her to extend her assistance efficiently and timely. Dani makes good use of your time together. She comes to meetings prepared and prompts you to get what you need to accomplish done. On the day of our wedding, not a thing went wrong, or at least nothing that I knew about! Dani hustled and executed a perfect wedding day for us, despite it POURING down rain. Dani respects all your dreams and wishes and helps them to come to life. I did not have an EXACT vision for my wedding decor, and gave Dani the advice “if something looks off and you think it would look better a certain way, go for it!” And I was so happily surprised at the small touches she did say of that made a huge difference in the overall decor. Not only did we appreciate Dani, so did my family. We had our wedding at my dads home, which brought up a unique set of challenges, and my dad was so thrilled and impressed with how calm, organized, helpful and fun Dani was to work with. I would hire Dani anyday, for any event. We are forever thankful and impressed with her services!

Dani was really easy to work with, unbelievably helpful, resourceful and knowledgeable. She took a simple theme of sea glass and the outdoors and created an elegant ambiance with decorations for their reception. She covered every little detail of the wedding during the rehearsal dinner
so we all knew where to be and when during the wedding day. What i thought would be a stressful day turned out to be a simply wonderful wedding day thanks to Dani's planning, coordinating, and communicating with all involved. Thank you Dani, you ROCK!

Dani truly is a master of organization and creative designs when it comes to weddings. 
She created a perfectly detailed timeline of events and arranged for beautiful decorations. 
I love how personable Dani was in getting to know us. She worked to incorporate  our theme of an outdoorsy feel with our color, blue.  
She designed the most beautiful decor for the guest table centerpieces, the arbor, and guestbook/gift table. 
She communicated with my friend who offered to create a centerpiece for our sweetheart table that fit perfectly with the other decorations that Dani made.

Dani also worked with my mother and the venue coordinator of the Chalet at Government Peak to get an idea of what time would be best to setup for the wedding and how many hours to reserve for the magical event.  This helped in developing the timeline of events for the wedding, such as what time I needed to be at the hair salon to get my hair and make-up done for photos before the wedding.  

Dani coordinated the wedding rehearsal and sent out an email ensuring that the emcee knew what to do and say during the reception, as well as giving the officiant, my husband, and I cues on when to walk down the aisle. She created a perfectly detailed timeline of events. 

When Dani got an idea of how many guests were going to attend, she worked with the venue coordinator to develop a diagram of how the tables would be positioned. Then, Dani assisted me with a seating chart for the guests. We chose to self-cater and my parents arranged to pick up food for the reception. Dani arranged helpers to assist to so that my mother could enjoy my wedding day without having to worry about the food.    
   
Everything just flowed wonderfully and we are so thankful!
