I can’t say enough amazing things about Peacock Catering. From start to finish, they were absolute perfection. They designed a custom menu just for us — and somehow made it feel like both me and my husband had our dream meal on the same night! They pulled off my favorite Thai dishes and my husband’s signature Italian mushroom truffle pasta, which they rolled in a giant cheese wheel right in front of everyone — it was a total showstopper.

The food was beyond delicious — guests are still raving about it weeks later, and I’ve already had multiple people ask me for their contact info. Every bite, from the passed hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour to the full dinner service, was flawless.

The Peacock's Pantry team were amazing partners every step of the way for our wedding, from the lead-up with the tasting in Pompano through the wedding night itself! Danielle, Jenna, and the entire Peacock team were arguably our most consistent communicators out of all our wedding vendors, and I can't express how important it is to have vendors who respond in a timely fashion.

My wife and I weren't able to eat a ton during the wedding because we were being pulled in so many different directions, so a massive thank you is deserved for Jenna for bringing food to our bridal suite and for hooking us up with drinks after the ceremony. All our guests noted on the day-of how delicious the food was, how attentive staff was, and how delicious the specialty cocktails were. That has held true even months since our wedding, as we are still hearing how amazing the food was from our guests!

We would recommend Peacock's Pantry to anybody looking for delicious and creative food (we asked for items with South Florida flair like empanadas, ceviches, key lime, etc... and Peacock delivered with ease) made with high-quality ingredients and by the nicest people! When selecting a caterer for my parent’s 50th anniversary party, we wanted an elevated dining experience, friendly staff, attention to detail and someone who could leave our guests with a night they’d remember for a long time! From the phone calls to virtual site visit to many emails in between, Danielle and her team stayed connected with us and were always available to answer any questions or requests we had. Our crazy idea of having a Surprise Wedding and bringing New Orleans style cuisine to Florida was no challenge at all for this team. The food was fantastic and our guests are still talking about this truly delightful evening, Danielle and her team exceeded our expectations. To name some show stoppers: Roaming raw bar, Shrimp Po’boy, Pork tenderloin with Dirty Rice, Gumbo, and obviously Beignets! What I was particularly impressed with besides the quality of the food was how unstressed and in control the team was. They never appeared stressed and yet everything ran like clockwork. We can’t thank you all enough it was truly a blessing to have had such a confident and amazing group with us through such a special day. We never had any concerns with this poised team, we truly were so thankful to sit back and relax while Danielle and her team took the wheel.

Peacock’s Pantry is an 11/10! Danielle, Michelle, and the entire team not only went above and beyond on the day of the wedding, but also during the months leading up to the event. The hors d’oeuvres were fantastic during cocktail hour; our favorites were the shrimp ceviche shooters and fried truffle mac and cheese balls. Dinner was a hit too, so much so that our guests complimented the food throughout the evening. Their professionalism and service were also nothing short of exceptionable – never an empty cocktail or glass of water! We highly recommend this catering company for any event, you won’t regret it!!

Danielle, Bill, Michelle and the whole team are absolutely amazing! They catered my wedding and they provided amazing service all around. The food was delicious and displayed perfectly, the staff was incredible and so on top of their game! They made sure to whisk us away and for food and drinks multiple times which I am so grateful for because the food was amazing. It was 2 weeks ago and I am still getting texts almost every other day about the food, usually the fried mac and cheese balls or the craft margaritas. These guys are the best!!! I highly recommend them! Your guests will be talking about the amazing food and experience for months after your wedding or event, I promise!

Food was so important for us we did not want crappy catering hall food. My husband and I went into a little room and had the apps before joining the cocktail hour ...they were even better than we remembered at the tasting then we moved to dinner which was served on a rooftop and prepared in a mobile kitchen they set up and my guests were asking what restaurant we got it from because it was the best steak and sea bass they’ve ever had! Now I had requested popcorn chicken in a waffle cone and they said no problem and helped form a late night snack menu around - well the late night snacks were such a hit that my dad had his friends pulling him off the dance floor and saying you have to try these snacks they are incredible! We did not do a cake but instead had a S’more bar and our guests loveddd it! I just can’t say enough good thinks about Michelle and Danielle and the whole peacock crew! We are so glad our friends booked you so we can eat more truffle Mac and cheese balls in 2 weeks!

My husband and I used Peacock’s Pantry for our wedding last weekend and we were beyond thrilled with how everything turned out. Working with Danielle and her team made the process so easy. They made my vision come to life and people are still raving about the food. The butler passed hour-devours and cheese board were a huge hit during cocktail hour. We had a variety of stations set up with small plates so people could have a variety of options for their meal and everyone loved that! From sliders and fries to steak and potatoes to fish dip and jerk chicken - it was all delicious!
Danielle thought of everything, even things I never considered, and she made everything remarkable! The stations were set with beautiful table scapes and the food presentation was spot on.
The staff that evening was super professional, they hustled to make sure stations were full and they even brought my husband and I plates throughout the evening to make sure we got to eat!
I would highly recommend Peacock’s Pantry for any event or to cater a holiday meal. You will not be disappointed!!
