From start to finish working with Courtney was amazing. I chose to do a DIY package with her because we were providing a lot of our own decor and she got my vision exactly. We told her where we wanted things to go, showed her some inspo pics of florals, and she just nailed it all. She was flexible, kind, and professional with our meetings leading up to the wedding and answered all of our questions patiently. She told me exactly what flowers I needed to get, helped us save money where we could, and was always honest about what she thought we needed or didn’t need. She was fun-loving and had the best ideas. She also advocated for us at our venue several times and made sure the day was exactly as we imagined it. On the wedding day she was calm, cool, and collected, which is exactly what I needed in order to not feel nervous or stressed. She knew when to step in and knew when to hang back. Her day-of crew was also so amazing; their calm and caring attitudes made me feel so seen as the bride. I truly cannot thank Courtney or recommend her enough. All of my bridesmaids commented on how awesome she and her team were and I would use her 1,000 times over again if I could!!

I cannot recommend Courtney enough! I hired her as my day-of coordinator and to handle all of my florals and decor, and she completely exceeded every expectation. From our very first chat, she listened carefully to my entire vision, asked thoughtful questions, and immediately made me feel like I was in the best hands.

We had 2 two-hour planning sessions before the wedding, and she was SO organized. She helped me think through every single detail so nothing would be missed on the big day. Anytime I had a question - morning, night, weekday, weekend, she was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful.

On top of the coordination, I also hired her for florals and decor, and she delivered exactly what I asked for. Everything was stunning! Hiring Courtney was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I met with multiple planners but chose her for a number of reasons. She has great ideas, is very down-to-earth and straightforward about every aspect, and didn't push us to spend more money than we were comfortable with. In the end, she actually helped us save money!

From the beginning, you receive access to her planning portal and it's so helpful! There are so many vendors out there, so having an already vetted list saved time. She responds quickly to questions and we had multiple planning meetings with her. After every meeting, I left feeling so excited about our wedding and with a clear list of what she was handling vs what I needed to do.

We ended up hiring her to do our flowers, decor, and linens as well. She has linens in every color, they looked beautiful, and she saved us thousands of dollars (3rd party linen rentals are so expensive). And I was blown away by the flowers and decor, especially for what she charged. Our flowers and bouquets were beautiful and larger than I expected, which is something you don't usually say about wedding flowers.

On the day of the wedding, she was calm and in control. It goes so fast, like everyone warned me it would, but I felt like I was actually about to enjoy myself because I knew she was there, and was handling anything that might come up so I didn't have to worry about any of it.

I'm not sure where to start, but Peachy Keen made my daughter's wedding stress-free. I had so many people ask me how I was so calm and I knew that there was nothing to be concerned about with Peachy Keen Lady in charge. Courtney takes her role as wedding coordinator very seriously and her staff is kind and works extremely hard! She has the knowledge and experience to allow a wedding to go off without a hitch. I truly enjoyed every minute of my daughters wedding, laughed, and cherished the time I spent with everyone. The staff at Peachy Keen made that experience happen because I had no worries about how things would run with them in charge. Highly recommend!!!

It's hard to put into words how incredible Courtney and her team were throughout our entire wedding process. Within hours of meeting Courtney, I knew we were in good hands. If there was an issue, she handled it with professionalism and ease, keeping me calm and informed throughout the entire process. I walked into my wedding day without a single worry because I knew Courtney was on top of it. One of the best pieces of feedback we received after our wedding was how easy it was - no one felt rushed and everyone really felt like they could enjoy each part of the event, which I can confidently say was because of her.

Courtney is incredibly creative and talented. Our wedding was whimsical garden Italian discoteca themed (because why have 1 theme when you can have 4) and all I can say is that she DELIVERED. She helped us bring in a bunch of thrifted decor, disco balls, and more and had an arsenal of her own decor that we were able to pull from to create a truly unique wedding. I can't lie and say I didn't cry the first time I saw my venue decked out in all her creations - it was truly unbelievable and everything I dreamed of for my wedding day. The florals were unmatched, the disco balls hanging from the dance floor were so much fun, and all the personalized touches and details she helped us create made this wedding truly ours. From my bouquet to the groomsmen's boutonnieres, to individually laying out fans on every ceremony chair, she ensured every detail was intentional and I was so thrilled to see it all come together for one incredible wedding. One of my biggest priorities was to have a wedding that felt very authentic and working with Courtney and her team ensured I had just that. No idea was too big for her, and she always came to our meetings with really fun ideas or solutions to any problems we were facing.

Anyone who gets a chance to work with her is so lucky to have her as a part of their most special day. I truly cannot say enough good things about her and her team - she truly made my wedding dreams come true.

We hired Courtney pretty early on in our wedding planning process as a day of coordinator, after picking our venue (Cator Woolford Gardens), but before booking all our other vendors. From the start, she helped with vendor recommendations, planning advice, decor, and was always ready to jump on a phone call if needed. She knew our venue like the back of her hand and made sure all our other vendors did too. Our wedding day was basically perfect, largely due to Courtney. She provided additional decor and staff to set up and clean up whatever we needed day of. She’s also just a really lovely person.
