About
The Patrick sons were raised on the south shore of Lake Pontchartrain in the 1940s and 50s. Their grandfather rented boats at the old Bonnabel boat launch. The boys helped their grandfather keep the boats clean and, in turn, he taught them to fish and crab.
In 1989 Ralph Patrick Sr. helped his son to open their third Pat’s Seafood location in Covington, using the same recipes handed down for gumbo, stuffed crabs & artichokes, along with their secrets to boiling great crawfish, crabs, and shrimp.
We have expanded our in-store prepared foods, adding po-boys and other southern delicacies. With fresh shrimp, fish, oysters, and crabmeat, we have you covered whether you want to cook it yourself or take home our pre-packaged foods.
Please visit our market in Covington. Enjoy browsing through our southern cookbook selection. Taste our delicious food and let us fill your ice chest for your backyard party. Here at Pat’s Seafood you’re shure to “pass a good time!”
