Pat's Pizza & Bistro Bethlehem was a great choice for our wedding celebration. From the starting conversations, to the tasting, and up until the actual day of the event, communication throughout the planning process was prompt, and enjoyable. The quality of their work and the value was truly great. The food was delicious and our family and guests talked about it for weeks on end. Wedding food is not always the best, especially buffet food, and anyone we spoke to said it was some of the best wedding food they have ever had.

The staff had great attitudes and were very helpful day of, and Yanni made the entire catering process an enjoyable one. While they were a bit on the pricier side, Yanni worked with us on certain things to offset some costs and in the end, it all worked out.

My only downside was that I did feel from the starting quote, that the order was more than what we needed as it was a buffet and not everyone eats everything. We adjusted it down a little but we still had an abundance of food left over. They did pack it all up for us and we were able to send left overs to quite a few family members, but still, it was a lot to have left over.

Regardless of that, we were not at all disappointed with the service and quality we received on our special day was fantastic. Yanni is truly exceptional to work with and we consider him a friend now! Highly recommend Pats! We can't wait to stop into the restaurant in the future!

Yanni and his team catered my wedding this month - could not have gone any better. Everything went according to plan and as described it would. Yanni and his staff are consummate professionals who really know how to handle an event.

For anyone considering using Pat's as a catering service - just say yes to the pizza truck as an add on. The actual catered food was amazing, but the pizza truck served as a perfect end of night meal/snack when the ties are off and everybody is dancing and having a great time.
