Eloping in Yosemite was a wonderful decision. I love the park, and it has a grandeur that is so special. Patrick is incredibly experienced. He sees opportunities for photos that were invisible to me at the moment, but ended up great. Patrick spent some time at the beginning mentally mapping out the day. He calculated the season, time of day, weather, and got us to spots that a less experienced photographer would have missed. Patrick went above and beyond the day-of, and was a friendly professional presence. The photos are of course amazing.

Lets just say I booked Patrick before I booked any of the other vendors including location in Yosemite for our wedding. Patrick is a great photographer and so easy to work with. I was nervous I was going to feel awkward having my picture taken multiple times that day but Patrick is so easy going and down to earth it didn't bother me in the least. Truly an amazing photographer!! We are so so happy we found Patrick Pike!! We will have gorgeous photos of our special day in Yosemite with all of our loved ones for years to come thanks to Patrick!!

Patrick is simply amazing! He is full of great recommendations for photos and helps with posing while still making you feel comfortable. The one thing I truly wanted for my wedding was great pictures and Patrick most definitely made that happen! Not only is he a great photographer, he's a great person and a joy to be around.

Patrick is truly amazing! Everyone we show our picture to comments on how well he captured us and the scenery (we got married in Yosemite). Not only does he take wonderful photos, he is a dream to work with. Super sweet and makes you feel so comfortable. I highly recommend him!

Can't say enough good things about Patrick! He was so nice and accommodating and was an awesome photographer. He was also extremely flexible when we arrived a little late (surprise surprise!) and had to change some of our plans. We're still waiting on getting all the pictures, but have seen the ones he posted on his blog and are very excited about seeing the rest. We've gotten tons of compliments so far from everyone we've directed to Patrick's blog - they keep saying, "wow, you guys had a great photographer!"
His prices are reasonable compared to what many wedding photographers charge in the Bay Area, and he provides you with the digital files so you can decide on your own how you want to print them (and have all the digital files forever!)
I'll check in again if for any reason I change my mind after seeing the final delivery of all the pictures, but so far, can't see any reason why I would.

Patrick was great to work with. He was responsive and allayed our fears and worries about the wildfires and Covid restrictions at the park for our trip to Yosemite. He listened to what we wanted for our photos and captured our vision perfectly, including breathtaking sunrise and sunset scenes. He was a knowledgeable guide who took us to beautiful places in the park for amazing photos.

Patrick was also careful to pose us where we wouldn’t harm any vegetation at each shooting location. You can tell he is great at featuring the magnificence of Yosemite in the photos alongside his clients. We got a few preview photos quickly, and the remaining photos were received within the time frame expected. He worked well with our videographer so we were able to capture plenty of video at the locations he chose.

We had an issue getting an email response at the end of our engagement. However, we are happy with the overall experience with Patrick and of the quality of photos we received from our elopement day. We would recommend him to anyone who wants an excellent guide and photographer at Yosemite.
