My husband, Mike, and I were extremely pleased with Pastor Matt. In planning our ceremony, I felt as though he placed a great deal of thoughtful consideration into our relationship as a couple, our faith, values, and what marriage meant to us. He listened to what our expectations were and helped us craft a ceremony that warmed the hearts of our guests and will resonate with us for a lifetime. Pastor Matt did such a wonderful job for our wedding ceremony! It was important to my husband and I to have an officiant that we connected with, and as soon as we met Pastor Matt he was so warm, calm, and professional that we knew he was the one! Pastor Matt was there early and did an amazing job! I am Christian and wanted to incorporate Jesus into my wedding but my wife has a lot of family there that weren't and I didn't want to make them uncomfortable. Pastor Matt came up with a very tasteful way of doing this and it turned out perfect.

Pastor Matt was extremely helpful and easy to work with. He made some great suggestions, like doing communion, that really made our wedding ceremony special. Before the ceremony started, he talked with me and asked me several times if I needed anything. As I'm sure he knew I was nervous, he made me feel extremely comfortable and hung out with me before the ceremony started. During the ceremony, he made every moment meaningful and you could tell he put a lot of thought into his words. Pastor Matt made the most important part of our wedding an incredible and unforgettable experience!

Well, if there was an option for responsiveness it would for sure be a 6. Matt came through during a time where we really needed an officiant at the drop of a dime. Not being prepared (it's a long story, but making a long story short, he filled in for another officiant), he was able to make one of the most memorable events of our lives even more memorable with a flawless and well ran ceremony. No one even knew he was not the original officiant. This man has a passion for seeing couples live long and happy lives and wants to make that day a keystone day for everyone he serves. If you are looking to get married and need a professional and experienced pastor to perform it, this is your guy!

Matt was a wonderful counsler during our pre marriage class. My Husband and I were in Minnesota at the time and we were able to take the classes via Skype. I had attended ECC in Merritt Island for several years but moved to Mexico for 8 years and that is where my husband and I met. It was only natural to come back to Florida and have ECC be the officiant of our wedding. We had both been married before and were actually the age of Matts parents. So it was interesting for us to have someone that much younger giving us counceling. It was a wonderful experience and we have the upmost respect for Matt. He was always there with a positive attitude and great sense of humor. We often look back to those times with fond memories and compassion. Matt did a marvelous ceremony and many of the attendies were very touched by how everything was presented. Can not say enough about the experience. We have both moved to FLorida full time and still attend ECC and love the people, worship team, and church experience. I am actually taking classes at the ECC University in healing and really enjoying what I am learning. ECC is a very giving church. LOVE IT. Thank you Matt for a wonderful wedding ceremony. When we met with Pastor Matt to go over our ceremony, he suggested the unity candle and communion (which we had not thought about) and we were very happy that he brought it up because that is something that meant so much to us but with all the planning, it had slipped our minds. Pastor Matt was thorough when we went over the ceremony details which is great because that is the most important part of your wedding. He is a great wedding officiant and we couldn't ask for a better Pastor to marry us. I Highly recommend him.

Matt made our wedding ceremony exactly how we envisioned. His message was full of truth, respect and honor, reflecting what a faithful marriage should be. Early on he was interested in our love story and reasons for getting married. He asked questions and at the ceremony quoted bits of our personal answers, which professed our raw, unscripted love for each other. We got to hear quotes from eachother as surprise at the altar, which brought pure joy and unforgettable moments. It was also special for our friends and family to hear that side of our bond on the best day of our lives.
There was a true interest in our story and spreading God's love through our wedding. We couldn't be happier with choosing him!
