Penny was excellent and exceeded my expectations. From the initial consultation/trial she remembered the slight changes we had discussed and made my hair flawless for my special day. She also did 2 bridesmaids and my Mom. My Mom is super picky and wasn't thrilled with the first look that Penny did and Penny immediately was able to fix what my mom didn't like and gave her a look she loved. All of our hair withstood the entire wedding and reception including slight wind! I will definitely use Penny in the future and would highly recommend her services!
