The sales rep was professional and easy to work with. He listened to what we wanted and made appropriate suggestions. The delivery arrived and our tents were set up professionally. When they arrived to pick up the rented equipment, they were efficient, quick and professional.

We used party unlimited rentals for many of the items for our wedding and everything was great. They gave me a two hour window of 9-11 of when my rental items would be dropped off and they were there at 9. Kevin was very responsive to my emails (I changed my rental items frequently) and always friendly.

Good quality tables and chairs, great value, and fantastic service. Delivery and pick-up were effortless.

Overall the products and service were good, but after looking more vendors later I found out that I paid a bit too much for what I got. Deliveries are only available M-F so if you have a weekend wedding you're going to have to find a way to hold onto the rentals until the weekend is over. Because of the very narrow delivery time frame, my family and friends had to help us load and unload 150 chairs into a truck and out to the venue. Again, not bad and I'm not disappointed in their service, but do more research to find what's right for you.
