We didn't need to rent much, but they provided excellent service and their prices are the cheapest in the area. They were courteous and had everything ready for us to pick up and were very flexible on the return. Very pleased with everything.

We rented our tables, chairs, tent and dividers. Everything came out a bit pricey but the tent was great compared to other companies around here. They were supposed to deliver on Thursday (the wedding was Saturday) but said they couldn't due to having to clean the tent from the prior wedding. When they arrived on Friday the tent was dirty with grass and we had to ask them to clean it. We appreciated that after everything was set up and we didn't like the location they moved it until we were happy. Overall it was an enjoyable experience using them and we would again.

Not good people at all they feel people are beneath them and I wouldn't consider working with them or renting anything at all everything is basically in horrible condition and talk to people any kind of way especially non white and they damage their own stuff and blame others

Completely horrible experience. I had a fifty tent delivered. Complained but got nowhere. Even owner/manager what ever he is told me he saw the tent and thought it was really dirty but still sent it out for for my event. Delivery and pick up was a disaster as well this people really need a watch to tell time. Extremely unprofessional except when taking your money of course.

Horrible company to work with. I had to rent a tent with this company since it was the only one on the preferred vendor list and it was a disaster! The tents had holes all throughout the ceiling and they made me spend more money than I needed by recommending I get sidewalling all the way around even with knowing the temperatures would be high and that I needed to get cool zones to cool the area down but they did not work at all. It rained on our wedding day so all of our tables got soaked from the holes and it ruined many of my guest food. My guests had to pick up their tables and move them and my dj has to move his equipment so it wouldn’t get damaged. This company had horrible customer service and continues to lie about everything they did and the information they gave out. The company also let us know after the event when we complained that they gave us an old event tent hat wasn’t supposed to be used for weddings and that they were supposed to putty the holes but “ran out”. I’m not sure why a company would even have a tent for any event that is faulty no matter if it wasn’t for a wedding or not. I would not recommend renting from this company
