Staff was super professional and on time on the day of event and everyone LOVED THE FOOD!!! In the time leading up to the event, staff was super helpful and flexible in setting up the perfect menu for my guests. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you so much, Paella Tropical!!

"La Parrillada" is excelent food fos cassual weddings!

I had them cater a party and everything came out great.
The food was amazingly good and their service is great.
I am very pleased with their services and highly recommend them.

Services included food catering and party rentals between 4pm and 10pm on 4/6/19, with the option to extend for 1 more hour. Staff was supposed to arrive at my house at 4pm but they arrived late, and did not finish setup before guests arrived. Staff was supposed to bring enough ice for at least 5 hours, but only brought 2-3 bags and asked me if I could get more ice. Staff was supposed to bring enough disposable cups for at least 5 hours, but by the middle of service they asked me if I had more cups. Staff was supposed to bring food already cooked, but they didn’t. They used my grill to cook the food (their wasn’t working) and food was not ready until after 8pm. Some of the food was served cold/warm, not cooked properly, and tasted horrible. Staff started to take down the dinner table and food before ‪10pm‬.  They didn't asked me if I wanted them to stay longer. I emailed the merchant on 4/8/19 and 4/10/19, but they ignored both emails. I would never use or recommend them.

Party Paella Tropical catered my wedding on 10/4/14 in islamorada, fl. The food was great the service was HORRIBLE. First off they showed up an hour and a half late so I had to stall on my ceremony while MY GUEST helped set up tables, chairs linens etc. It cut into my reception time which we only had for a certain amount of time. When I asked the coordinator what happened I was just told, "sorry, there was traffic" and not offered any type of reimbursement. On top of it all when they were packing up they took our personalized champagne flutes that we bought. They didn't even bring champagne flutes, so why would they be taking any away. Which also I have STILL not received them back. She keeps telling me, let me speak to my manager and actually had the nerve to ask if I can come pick them up or can we meet half way. It's not my fault you screwed up. Like I said before, the Food was great. Service and professionalism was far from it.

This caterer was horrible. They kept trying to charge me for things that I did not want. Ended up charging me a travel fee when they said that there would not be one. The staff got water bottles from my venue and then later refused to pay for them. There were tons of mistakes before the wedding day, I tried to speak to the owner who NEVER returned my call. The staff here is incompetent and I would not recommend them to ANYONE!
