Worstt plce ever
I can't even think of words to describe how traumatic was my process with this business. I will try to resume the most I can. I was looking for tents, tables and chairs for my wedding reception that was going to be outdoor. I had a bad feeling about them since the first day I talked to them, I wn to the store and asked for $ for some packages. I chose a package that would be $750 for table, chairs and tents. Only after I had chosen the packaged and was ready to pay they said I could not get the package price because the reception was 28 minutes away and my price would be $1,200 instead of the package price. With no other choice because the time frame was short I decided to pay. after 1 week that I had first paid, I added 2 tents, 6 food pans and 1 dance floor to the order and the total PAID came up for OVER $2,300. When I noticed 1 week before the reception that weather changed inexpertly and it would be raining all day, I went to party line and kindly asked them to change (not refund) the tents to more tables and chairs since I would not use it anymore because we would need to do the reception INDOOR now, and I had already spent so much money with them. let me describe this moment: The first thing that happened when I walked into the store, Missy and Andrea started talking about me and laughing with ironic faces, and I when I told them because of the weather I would have to change the tents for tables and chairs, they said: THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WEATHER, THEY COULD NOT CHANGE THE ORDER, THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE ANY ITEM, AND IF I COULD NOT RECEIVE THE TENTS ANYMORE I WOULD LOSE THE ORDER AND THE MONEY PAID ( All that and more being said in a very mean and ironic manner), I begged and explained I had no other choice. I ended up loosing the money I paid for the tents $1000 and when I was ready to pay for the remaining balance of $416, her computer had a problem and my debit card was being decline, I SHOWED MY BANK ACCT APP TO HER to show that I had enough money and her C/C machine must be having an error, she started YELLING at me (in front of everyone) that she would need another card and would no try again that one because she "Didn't trust my card" and if I did not have another one she would cancel the whole order and no deliver. YEP simply as that! she could decided to not delivery and steel my $. I started crying like a baby because I was already stressed because of my wedding, and could not believe how mean they were being with me with no reason. My husband called them and paid. When they finally delivered the tables and chairs, dance floor and food pans, I noticed 2 things: 1 the tables were all VERY DIRTY AND OLD, the chair? omg I literally could not use them! I had to rent chair from somewhere else and lost the money I spent for those chairs. they did not pickup the stuff on Monday as they told and I had to deal with the church manager and explain why they did not pick up the stuff that day (they did not gave us a reason for that.) Conclusion: They made my bride moment, a very traumatic process, they ashamed me, they treated me like garbage for no reason and I NEVER acted disrespectful with them! they stole over $1000 from me, and did not deliver good materials. I could now go to the court and fight to get my money back but honestly, I am so done with them. The only reason why I am spreading this review is because I don't want other people to feel what I am feeling. I hope the owners get to know what they are doing with ppl.
