I used Parties by Panache for my wedding and I was extremely impressed with their high level of service and professionalism. My reception venue was a friends back yard….Hollis (Panache owner) had great ideas about how to decorate and set up the site so that it would be the perfect wedding reception. Panache coordinated all of the appetizers, main dish, drinks, tables, chairs, linens and dance floor. I had a sit down meal and the service was incredible! About a month before the wedding, I thought I should have a coordinator for the day so that the reception would be set up just like I wanted with all of the flowers, table decor, favors, etc. Hollis said she had the perfect person and she was right! Cassie was my wedding coordinator for the day and let me tell you …. she was amazing!!!! She met me at the venue twice before the wedding to go over details and she assured me everything would go as planned. And it did!!! She was very professional, energetic and caring! I did not have to worry about anything! And she made sure that my fiancé and I had everything we needed throughout the evening. In addition, the food was incredible!!! It was very fresh, had wonderful flavor and had a beautiful presentation. I would highly recommend Parties by Panache to anyone planning a wedding or event. And, do yourself a favor and ask for Cassie as your wedding coordinator…..you will be extremely pleased!!

Hollis and her staff were amazing! On a tight budget, but she able to make my daughters Bat mitzvah celebration look as though we spent lots more than we did. She gets "it"! She was able to pull off all our ideas without a hitch! She was a pleasure to work with, as well as all her staff who stayed to work the party.

My family and I have been working with Parties by Panache for the past 15+ years for all of our catering needs from holiday parties, to birthdays, to fundraisers, to any special event, including my bridal shower, so naturally we picked them to fully cater and provide service staff for my wedding. As always they nailed it! This group of people are extremely professional and loyal, they get the job done, their clean up is amazing and their food is great. I have to admit the best part is the tasting:).. I highly highly recommend them especially if you are local to the area they are located in an easy location close to the Brea Mall, and are just an amazing professional group to work with! They helped us creat a "food station" concept from a sushi bar, stir fry, taco bar, dessert stations, s'mores station, cotton candy, pass around appetizers.. it was like a carnival, their presentation is equally as amazing. Thank You Hollis and Patires by Panache for again make us so happy!

We never thought we could get so excited about a caterer, but then we met Hollis from Parties by Panache. We held a dessert reception for our wedding in September 2008. From the initial phone call through the entire event, they were wonderful! I found Parties by Panache randomly on the internet and was a little skeptical at first, since I hadn't heard of them (we live in LA, Hollis is in Orange County). The first phone call was enough to convince me -- while other caterers asked me exactly what I wanted and seemed confused about doing a dessert reception, Hollis immediately shared my creative vision and started throwing out fantastic ideas for how to make the event beautiful and fun without costing an arm and a leg. Our ceremony and reception were held at our synagogue, and Hollis is very experienced at working with "blank canvas" social halls. The desserts were great, everybody loved the stations she set up (especially crepes suzette), the room looked beautiful and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Hollis and her staff went above-and-beyond, even setting up the table centerpieces that I had purchased and picking up the linens I had rented from another company! No complaints, only praise!
