My photography is sincere and photo-journalistic, and focuses on the people, emotions, and culture around us. I love capturing the best moments in people's lives: both the obvious engagements, weddings and other life events, as well as the more subtle family and senior portraits of growing families and individuals. I love getting to know each and every one of my clients; learning what is special to them, and capturing it all in vivid color.

Countless hours are spent preparing for each session and event to make sure that we get it just right, and afterwards each image is edited individually to bring out Its best... even that very last reception photo of your cousin trying doing the "Cha-Cha slide". We use nothing less than top-of-the-line equipment and to ensure that we continue to strive for the highest level of quality and professionalism, I only photograph a limited number of events every year so that each one gets the attention that it truly deserves. We will bring off-camera flashes to your wedding. Why? Because they help to create more vibrant and more creative photos. According to Wikipedia, "photography is the art...of creating images by recording light." How beautiful you look & how artistic your images will seem will depend a lot on how we use light. So, to get the "wow!" photos, we set up off-camera flashes that we can control. Our goal is to make you look GOOD and for you to say "these photos are AMAZING!"

There is more to me than simply photography, though. I started Parriott Creative Photography in 2011 after my experience as a studio manager and district manager for Sears Portrait Studio. I also have a college background in Business Administration. When I am not photographing or editing I enjoy spending time with my family & kids as well as being an accomplished musician for my local church. Parriott Creative Photography is comprised of myself , as well as an extremely talented and experienced team.
