No review that I write will convey just how awesome Park Plaza was for our wedding, but I’ll try. 1) Jodi, the catering manager, was a gem to work with. She made all of the planning so easy, and was there on the actual day to oversee everything. I had initially planned on setting a lot of things up the night before, but at the last minute, something happened and we couldn’t get into the ballroom that night. The wedding party was obviously going to be busy the next day, so I was freaking out about how it would all get done. Jodi said no problem and took care of everything. I was a little nervous leaving everything with her, but she did an amazing job.…and they didn’t charge us any extra setup fees either, which I was kind of worried they might! 2) The staff. Wow. The servers were so professional and efficient. They kept everything running smoothly. The manager (I wish I knew his name) came up to my husband and me several times during the night to check in, making sure everything was okay, kept congratulating us, etc. It was so nice and appreciated. We felt like they genuinely wanted to take good care of us. Another nice touch was that they saved a tray of the appetizers from cocktail hour for the head table, since we had been off-site taking pictures. I was so grateful and happy to get to try everything! 3) The food was absolutely out of this world. Chef Andrew is fantastic. You never know how hotel food is going to be, but I am not exaggerating when I say that every guest told us how delicious the food was. In particular, the people that had the filet mignon said it was the best they have ever had anywhere. The late night snacks were also a big hit. I remember saying goodbye to some people during the night, only to find them still there two hours later, because they found the late night snacks and coffee station and ended up staying longer! Park Plaza could not have been any better and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a venue.

The only negative thing to say is the hotel needs a remodel. Great food, great staff, great service and great prices

The park plaza made my fairytale wedding come true! It is a gorgeous venue that has a lot to offer! The most helpful was the wedding coordinator! Without her our wedding would not have been the same, she was professional and knew how to get exactly what I wanted!
