Wendy was absolutely wonderful thought the whole process. Park place was a great vendor, and was very reasonable in price!!

Park Place provided the catering for my wedding. They worked very closely with us so that everything was exactly as we wanted. We shopped around for the perfect caterer and finally went with them after seeing their work and realizing there prices were significantly lower than anywhere else we looked. They took care of all of the rentals, including dishes, linens, etc. We met with them a few times to go over colors and the menu. Everyone was so flexible and eager to please us. We would recommend them to anyone!

Park Place is the place if you want an inexpensive wedding with the service and look of a $50,000 wedding! Great food, organized, and ON TIME!!! Wendy was our coordinator and she was great!!

The value you of everything you get is amazing, and so worth it. I had a beautiful wedding,the only that upset me was I asked to have the cake served right after we cut the cake and it was not done, this could have been because of the lack of communication. And when they found the host to get the cake going she was sitting in an office eating the food. The man who owns the company can be a little flakey at times. But overall I was happy!

This venue and catering company is a great value! It only holds 200 people, so it is for smaller weddings. They have a great selection of food and they will even make your wedding cake included in the price per person! The linens and everything are included in the price. There were a few issues with change in staff and communication. But, overall they have been a great choice for us. Our wedding is in three weeks and I know it will be a great reception!

I signed a contract with Park Place Catering for my 40th birthday party 3 weeks before COVID 19 they took my $950 deposit. My venue has canceled the event which was set for September and now I cannot physically have a party even if I wanted too. I cannot postpone a 40th birthday party as I am only turning 40 ONCE! Park Place refuses to refund my full deposit they are keeping $500 for doing nothing but collecting my deposit. This company did not spend a dime except the cost of paper for the contract I signed. The hall I rented returned my FULL deposit no questions asked. Park Place Catering is truly despicable to take advantage of this situation to make a buck. STAY AWAY from this company!!!

I really hope everyone who bumps into this company reads this review before you decide to call them up. My fiance and I are experiencing the worse customer service ever, very unresponsive, very rude, and very unorganized vendor. Perhaps is the person working with us ( her name is Adriana) or I don't know what their deal is. We have to be behind her asking her to call us and give us updates, to set up tasting appointments, we have to fish for details because she is very nonchalant about everything. Who has time to be behind a vendor during such a stressful and busy time in your life? Horrible horrible experience. I advice not to go with these caters. P.s their decorations are nothing like the ones you see online, linens are wrinklely, twilight trees are old and dusty, and colored cakes bleed on the white Frosting.
