Julie is a wonderful violinist, and the cellist, Lis Glushko, is also excellent. We would highly recommend them for any event that wants classy, live string music

Julie and her husband kindly agreed to play for my wedding on short notice after I needed to re-plan my wedding after the hurricane. Not only were her and her husband extremely talented, they were very kind and did a wonderful job. They were so easy to work with and added a beautiful element to our day. I would recommend their musical talent to anyone.

We booked Julie for approximately 45 minutes for our small beach wedding.

Julie was a great communicator and gave us all the information and co tract to book quickly.

She also provided us with an extensive song list - which we were surprised to see so many fun “non traditional” songs! My husband chose to walk down the aisle to RAIDERS MARCH and I chose to walk to KISS THE GIRL (little mermaid. We chose other songs for the pre-ceremony or other music such as MARRIED (disneys UP), MARRY ME (Train), and CAN TOU FEEL THE LOVE TONIGHT (lion king).

Julie was attentive and professional, showed up early to get setup. She did provide her own umbrella and only needed the chair reserved for her.

She also sent us a sweet virtual card and even signed our guestbook! We were so happy to have her as part of our beach ceremony and were so glad she could incorporate some fun and energetic (DISNEY) songs in our ceremony.

Would highly recommend Julie and would absolutely hire her again!

Paradies Ensemble played during my daughters wedding on 2/16/19. We hired them to play during the ceremony and cocktail hour. My only regret is that I didn't get to hear more of the beautiful music they provided. Many of my guests commented on how lovely it was to sit in the courtyard (while waiting for the ceremony to begin) and listen to Julie and Jim's music . They played popular songs at the cocktail hour and it was the perfect backdrop. They were professional from start to finish. Thank you Julie and Jim !

Julie was really easy to communicate with! They came to the rescue after our previous musician cancelled, and I am so glad they did! We hired the violinist, cellist, and trumpet players. I played the violin and my brother played the trumpet, so there was some extra sentimental value with that as well. But the trumpet was awesome!! It was windy out, and the trumpet cut through and was heard clearly, not overpowering but the violin and cello were lost a little so I actually loved it even more than I thought I would! It is actually one of the memories I have of walking down the staircase and down the aisle, so it was very special. They played Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, and because my name is Rose they played every song they knew involving "Rose". So they definitely thought of everything and were beautiful! They played for our ceremony and cocktail hour. I would recommend Paradies Ensemble in a heartbeat and I am so glad we were able to have them at our wedding!

Julie was an integral part of the wedding! The music at the ceremony set the tone for the entire event. She was sweet, understanding and responsive to all of our questions and needs. The music was outstanding! I highly recommend her!

The Paradies Quartet played at our wedding ceremony on August 3, 2013. Julie was extremely accommodating of our requests, and that reflected a great deal of care for and attention to the ambiance we were seeking to create. I have the greatest memories of my wedding and the people involved. I was married at a church in goshen with the reception in waahingtonville and had a beautiful, sincere and loving ceremony. I can't wait to revisit all of my wedding ceremony and reception sites for my five year anniversary.
