Pan Am was great to work with - they were very attentive, and put personal details into the arrangements. I think my favorite part (flowers aside) was when on our second visit, the owner remembered us by name - one of the benefits of working with a smaller shop, I suppose - but it was great not to feel like "just another event" to them. Would highly recommend.
