We hired Aimee for our wedding last year. Of course …a couple drinking on their wedding day can’t decipher between flavors and we dishonorably thought Aimee hadn’t delivered on the flavors promised. A year later we are having our wedding cake and realize how perfect Aimee was able to get our two unique wedding flavors of coffee and champagne in our wedding cake. She is magical. She is supportive. She was everything we could have imagined in a wedding cake baker. She delivered our dream cake. She was perfection. Hire her and you won’t be disappointed. We feel so remorseful to have waited a whole year before this review. But with our biggest heart do we recommend you to hire Aimee as your wedding baker of choice for your special day.

Aimee was incredible to work with. I showed her a picture of something I was interested in and had a phone consultation and sent pictures of my bouquet. She brought the cake to the venue 2 hours before our starting time and it was all set up and ready to go!! She offered to get the cake topper for me or said I could bring it with me, which is what I ended up doing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The cake was absolutely delicious. The cake was perfectly moist, the frosting wasn’t too sweet, and the ratio of icing to cake was perfect.

Our cake was fantastic! Aimee was so helpful when we needed to change our cake baker with only 3 months before the wedding. She made us a custom and gorgeous cake that tasted delicious! We went with almond by the way, which was really unique and fantastic, we received a lot of compliments :)

Our cake was both delicious and beautiful. We got so many compliments for how beautiful it was- she made a custom cake just for us! I was completely against fondant but once I tried hers, we actually went with it for our cake because it was the best we have ever tasted. We are convinced that there is nobody better in the area!

Cake was absolutely amazing! Met with owner, gave her my ideas, and she sketched out the perfect wedding cake! It arrived as promised to the venue. We received many complements!

Completely pleased with every aspect of the process, from design to delivery, they are amazing to work with. When I explained what I wanted, they took my idea and made into a beautiful wedding cake. My Husband saw the cake before I did and said WOW, I didn't know the detail was going to be so precise! Very professional and extremely talent!

After the cake tasting, we knew that Pamkakes would be our wedding cake designer. Pam sat and really worked with us until we had the perfect design. I was not expecting the cake to look as amazing as it did the day of the wedding. Everyone could not stop talking about how amazing the cake looked and tasted. The cake was beautiful and delicious. The service received was wonderful!

Pamkakes did a wonderful job on our beach themed wedding cake! It was perfectly designed and tasted amazing! So glad we went with the pineapple filled vanilla layer!
