You will not regret working with Palacios Rentals!!
Our wedding venue setup was so elegant and beautiful all thanks to Palacios. What they did was everything we could ever ask for and more. We found Palacios Rentals through a preferred vendor list from our venue at Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club.
We got the ceiling with drapery and twinkle lights, wall drapery with twinkle lights behind the sweetheart table, and crossback chairs with white burlap pads.
They were efficient and timely- coordinated with our venue coordinator and had the setup already done the day before the wedding. They were prompt with communication via email and responded within 1-2 days. Their setup was exactly what we asked for and it made our wedding day that much better!

Palacios made our vision come to life!
If you are looking to pull your wedding vision together you must book Palacios! We rented clear ghost chairs for our ceremony, smoke ghost chairs for the reception, Acrylic feasting tables and the amazing acrylic sweetheart table!!! Because of their services the elements we rented with them made our wedding day perfect! They were so easy to work with and always provide options when I asked how I could make our wedding vision board come to life. If we hadn’t rented those items our wedding wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was. Thank you for everything you did!!!

Perfect service
We got chairs and lighting from Guillermo. Even though we contacted him only a month or two before the wedding, he was able to accommodate us without any issues. He was in and out of the venue before we even noticed, and it was so easy to work with him. The string lights and the wooden chairs really made the reception shine.

Beautiful!
My husband and I hired the Palacios team for our wedding this past January at the Ringling and we couldn't have been happier! Their lounge furniture was a great addition and looked beautiful. I would definitely recommend them!

Fantastic Work
Guillermo has talent that is truly the top in the industry. He has an amazing ability to understand your vision and bring it to life. Our venue was really transformed with his work and we'd do it all over again with him. He's one of the best investments we made in our wedding journey. It was so powerful the way he turned our venue into a soft romantic, modern, sleek atmosphere. He was very flexible when we last minute wanted to add some lantern lighting, he made it happen and he did it wonderfully! We highly recommend him.

Hire Palacios for all of your Rental needs !!!
Hire Guillermo with Palacios Events for your rental needs he will bring your vision to life and then some! I rented reception chairs and had a Ceremony and Sweetheart Table backdrop installed with their services and it was absolutely beautiful!!! Highly recommend - great quality!

Palacios Events are TOP NOTCH!!
Guillermo and Palacios Events are TOP NOTCH! I wanted to add a little more to our wedding venue with draping, chiavari chairs and a wooden ceremony arch and Palacios Events had exactly what we wanted. Guillermo and his team were professional, arrived early, and everything looked AMAZING! We received so many compliments. Everything they did just brought the whole theme together.

This guy is Amazing!!!
Worth every cent, he transforms your venue into your fairytale wedding! We hired him for our May 18th wedding and chose a twinkle back drop to hide a folding wall, and drapery with lights and a chandelier! It was stunning!! This is what made you walk in and go WOW! Our event was extra memorial because of you and just beautiful! Thank you!!!
