Tucked away in serene orchard lands, just far enough from the bustle of the Bay Area, is Pajaro Ranch, an open air wedding venue located in Hollister, California.
Pajaro Ranch accommodates up to 200 guests, with two separate large lawns and a 550-square foot deck that can be used for your ceremony, reception, cocktails, or dancing. Even during this time of the Covid pandemic, we provide more than enough space to hold open-air, socially responsible gatherings, complete with multiple outdoor handwashing stations.
Breathe in the natural beauty of the moment while listening to the melody of bird song, and after the sun goes down, be sure to look up for a clear view of the Milky Way. And of course, don’t forget to say hello to the ranch goats, Rocky and Cuddles!
Female-owned and operated, Pajaro Ranch has been meticulously designed to provide you and your guests with an unforgettable experience. For wedding preparations, the bride and her bridesmaids enjoy a luxurious, feminine bedroom with a gas fireplace and private patio. The ensuite master bathroom has ample makeup lighting and mirrors to prepare for the big day. The groom and his attendants have the run of the living room, which features a separate bathroom and laundry room, as well as a pool table and big screen tv for pre-wedding lounging or gaming.
There is ample parking available on the property, out of view of the guests, and valet parking is available upon request.
Here at Pajaro Ranch, we are committed to providing luxury locally. Our extensive preferred vendor list includes a chef who received his training at Le Cordon Bleu, a filmic videographer with fifteen years of training and experience, and outstanding local wineries.
Pajaro Ranch is also available to host other events for couples in addition to their wedding ceremony and reception. These events can include bridal showers, elopements, engagement parties, and rehearsal dinners.
This rural paradise is the ideal location for vow renewals, quinceañeras, parties, family reunions, retreats, or simple getaways. Pajaro Ranch offers a fully equipped kitchen for outside catering, as well as a woodburning fire pit and a baby grand piano. Guests can enjoy outstanding local attractions such as touring and sampling at Hollister’s very own chocolate factory, wine tasting along the San Benito County Wine Trail, taking day trips into Pinnacles National Park, hiking, biking, and golfing.

Best choice ever!
OMG!!! Where to start? AMAZING!!!!!! I mean there is no words to describe how grateful I am to Karie. Especially during this difficult time. Karie and her whole entire family made my wedding dream come true. Whatever problem I had Karie was on it she didn’t want me stressing about a thing. She made my days leading up to the wedding so easy. Communicating with her was so easy and fast. She got in contact with all my vendors to make sure everything was running smoothly something I really appreciate it. I would recommend her to everyone! Like I said there is no words to describe how grateful I am to her and her family for everything they did for me and my husband. Opening her doors to our families THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!Sent on 11/29/2020
