Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, Painted by Jess has been making her clients feel beautiful since 2014 and specializes in bridal, airbrush makeup. She is experienced in working with all skin types and loves nothing more than getting her brides ready for their special days! This professional obtained her cosmetologist license from Aveda Fredric's Institute and combined it with her business degree to form Painted by Jess. She has lead training sessions for top brands such as Urban Decay, CHANEL Beauty, Too Faced, It Cosmetics, Lacome, Smashbox, & Tarte!

Absolutely Amazing!!

Jess was absolutely phenomenal! She listened to what I wanted and helped me give that little extra glam that I wanted while still looking like myself. She also did my mother's makeup and my MOH's and they both looked amazing! 10/10 would use her again for another big event 😍

Loved working with Jess

This was mine and my Matron of Honors first time having our makeup done. Jess put us at ease. I had a trial done as the bride and everything went smoothly on the wedding day. Jess was great to work with.

Jess is absolutely the best!

Jess is super awesome! Her talent and skills are absolutely amazing! She was very wonderful during the trial and knew exactly what I wanted from all the different images I had sent her. She even made suggestions that were just absolutely perfect and also helped with letting me know how to prep my skin for the big day.
On the big day, she made all of my bridesmaids (5) and myself look and feel like goddesses! None of us really have a lot of experience with make up and the way we all felt after the applications was just amazing! Not to mention the make up didn’t run!
Her products are so amazing that none of us needed to use our touch up kits. Jess was such a big help and support on my big day!!

Amazing experience with Jess!

Jess was so talented and amazing to work with! She not only did a great job with our makeup, but also was giving us advice on daily makeup wear, and how to prepare our skin for airbrushing! Not having a ton of makeup experience myself, Jess was great at the trial listening to me and what I wanted, showing me, and then adding a bit more flare so the makeup would pop on my wedding day. Thank you so much Jess! You were a pleasure to work with!!

Great experience

Amazing makeup!

I hired Jess for my wedding and she was AMAZING! She let me do a makeup trial so we could perfect the look ahead of time. She did a fantastic job for me and my bridesmaids and was such a joy to work with. I've had my makeup done for several other weddings and Jess was by far the best out of anyone I have worked with. There were a bunch of us and she made sure to have everyone done with time to spare before we had to take photos. I couldn't say enough good things about her. On top of everything else her prices were lower than anyone else I considered. Hire her!!!

Fantastic makeup

Jessica did my airbrushed makeup for my boudoir photoshoot and it was amazing! I've never had makeup airbrushed before and it stayed on so well--way past the photoshoot. It photographed really well and the false eyelashes gave it an extra kick! She knew how to apply the makeup so that it would be the most dramatic for the photoshoot, but I still looked like myself. I would definitely recommend Jess to anyone that wants makeup that is tailored to their face, makeup that lasts a long time, and a quality application.

HIGHLY recommend Jess!

Jess is very kind, flexible, and so incredibly talented! She listened to what I was looking for in my wedding day make-up with more of a natural look and I was so impressed with her work! I absolutely loved my make-up and all of my bridesmaids felt the same way. It stayed on all day and night (through lots of dancing) and the airbrush felt so light and airy. Jess was always quick to respond and was very flexible with planning. She was also priced very reasonably compared to other artists in the area. I have truly never been so happy with my make-up. I HIGHLY recommend Jess for your wedding day or any other event! You will not be disappointed! :)
