Tangled Up Bridal is an offshoot of Tangled Up Salon, located in Carmel, IN. For my services, I got my bridal hair done and scheduled my 5 bridesmaids to have theirs done. The price was a great deal compared to other vendors and they really delivered on quality.
I worked with the salon's owner, Teress Wallace, who was phenomenal from start to finish. Once I booked with Tangled Up Bridal, I was connected with her to schedule a free bridal hair trial with one of her stylists (shout out Lilliana!) Teress was extremely professional, communicative, and genuine, almost like working with a friend. During the planning process, we worked together when the photography and hair timelines were not aligning, and fortunately ironed everything out, which I appreciated. She always went the extra mile by congratulating me on my marriage and remembering the little things.
Lilliana was great to work with! She was very considerate of my hairstyle ideas and always asked me questions throughout the bridal hair trial to ensure it met my vision for what I wanted it to look like. She was also very communicative, friendly, and timely. She literally arrived at the venue before me the day of! All our hair was styled well before our timeline, which was a relief for me because we got time back to focus on other things.
My hair turned out exactly like I wanted it and stayed in place throughout the night. It was still nearly perfect when I got to our hotel that night. Tangled Up Bridal is the easiest decision you will ever have to make for your wedding.
