This estate home is in the heart of Winter Garden, Florida, just over 10 miles from Disney. Bring up to 35 of your guests for a luxurious, intimate wedding in our garden or around the pool. In addition, this venue features THREE beautiful sleeping rooms for you and your guests for THREE nights!

Your party will be transported to Italy amongst the natural stone, custom design, and Mediterranean furnishings. You will have private, exclusive use of the entire venue, pool, and grounds for your unforgettable wedding weekend.

Exterior

This is truly a Tuscan dream come true inside and out. The Mediterranean elegance is evident as you approach the rural setting with a long driveway lined with mature palm trees and Italian cypress trees framing the house and the back yard. The home is located on two-acres surrounded by adjoining properties with fields full of nature. (You may even spot a grazing horse or pony.)

The pool and spa area has beautiful lighting along the screen enclosure to protect you and your guests from Florida pests. Whether you choose a garden ceremony or a ceremony around the pool or even under a tent in the front or back yard, you will have a gorgeous natural setting to make memories that last a lifetime.

Interior

As you enter, prepare to be amazed at the enormous great room with faux travertine columns, an oversized granite island and a 9-foot chandelier. You will feel the warmth of Italy surrounded by this Tuscan beauty. Included with the venue rental is a majestic master suite, two guest rooms and three beautiful bathrooms.

Our master suite boasts a large dressing room perfect for the bride to get ready for her special day. It features a king bed with luxurious bedding and even showcases an electric fireplace to add to that special ambiance. The master bath has a large walk-in shower, toilet closet and two vanities for the bride and groom to enjoy.

The Guest suite has a king bed and the third bedroom has a queen. Both with lux mattresses will make your guests feel like they are sleeping in opulence.

You and the caterer will have plenty of space to prepare meals. The Kitchen has a double convection oven, a large chef’s refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Your caterer will have plenty of room to a delicious plated meal or serving stations to make your vision come to fruition.

The large living area is perfect for your dance floor, but don’t forget the large patio and pool area is also a wonderful outdoor space to have your celebration. You can also choose to rent a dance floor in the garden areas outside.

In Central Florida a rain contingency plan is also essential. You will be able to move both your ceremony and reception into the living room.
