Organic String Quartet made our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour absolutely unforgettable; we still get chills thinking about it! Hiring them was one of the easiest and best decisions we made for the entire day.

They arrived early, took the time to rehearse with our church organist, and were incredibly warm and professional from the first email to the last note. We asked them to learn “Cornfield Chase” from Interstellar by Hans Zimmer (something completely new to their repertoire), and they performed it with such emotion and precision that it felt like the soundtrack was written just for us. Walking down the aisle to that piece, played live by these amazing musicians, is a memory we’ll treasure forever.
A funny little behind-the-scenes moment: while the groom and groomsmen were getting ready in the back room, someone’s phone alarm started going off like crazy. The quartet (who could clearly hear it through the walls) immediately started playing the softest, most beautiful filler music to mask the sound so it never reached the guests or disrupted the ceremony. We didn’t even know it happened until later; that kind of awareness and quick thinking speaks volumes about how much they care.

Alicia was an absolute dream to work with; responsive, patient, organized, and genuinely excited for us. She guided us through song selections and made the whole process stress-free.

Organic String Quartet played at our wedding during the ceremony and the cocktail hour and it was a beautiful performance. In particular, my wife is a huge Depeche Mode fan and they played multiple Depeche Mode songs during the cocktail and our guests loved it.

I am so happy with Organic String Trio. We hired them for the ceremony and cocktail hour. They learned the music to accompany our vocalist, as well as our special request for the bridal entrance music. And they absolutely nailed it! The timing of the brides entrance was tricky, and it was spot on.

Working with Alicia and her team was a pleasurable experience. The process was simple and communication throughout was clear. We were impressed by the extensive song list to choose from. Having Organic String play at our wedding was a transcending experience. Hearing our songs play during the processional really added to the specialness of the day. It was difficult holding back tears when the song of the bride started to play. The string quartet played beautifully. We reached out to QSQ because of their rendition of “Stay by Me” and really wanted to have them play it during the unity segment of the ceremony. We had a concern, about the music playing over the Officiant but Alicia was able to assuage our concerns and lay out options. In the end, we trusted her judgement on how to proceed. The result was a beautiful touch to the ceremony that elevated how we were feeling. Our guests raved about the quartet and how it added a perfect touch. Alicia and The Organic String Quartet are so amazing- from the beginning in the booking process to the wedding day performance- so hands on, accommodating, organized! They did both modern takes on songs like Bridgerton (the TV show). It turned out way cool!!

Alicia was a dream to communicate with and WOW the quartet at our wedding totally set the mood for an amazing party. This is a MUST have for any wedding! They played all our favorite songs via amazing covers, and for a small free (about $100) they found the music for a learned This Must Be The Place by the Talking Heads for me to walk down to aisle to with my dad. Leading up to our big day, Alicia was responsive, prompt, and professional. We're so happy that we had Organic String Quartet playing at our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour at the Vibiana in Downtown Los Angeles. They sincerely made the mood and atmosphere all the more heartwarming and special for our guests.

They played all the songs that we wanted for our ceremony, and were absolutely incredible! Our guests made the comment that they were one of the BEST string quartets they've heard live at a wedding. I wish that my husband and I had more time to enjoy their music, but we were running around doing photos and preparing for our reception.

We worked with Alicia for the past 2 years as we postponed our wedding since May 2019 and finally tied the knot in Oct 2021. All of our guests are RAVING about our ceremony and the music the String Trio we hired booking with Alicia. We picked a number of songs as our guests arrived, a few other songs for our processional, a candle remembrance song & recessional. They had quite a list of song selections to choose from and if they don't have something specific on their list, you have the option to have them learn it for an additional fee. We thought about it but decided to use the songs they already had in their library. Alicia was very responsive, professional and accommodating as we moved our date a few times. I would highly recommend booking and they have a few options to choose from depending on how many musicians you want at your event.

Alicia (owner) is so sweet and responsive. The entire booking process and preparation for my wedding day was so easy. They have a HUGE list of songs that they can play and you are also able to request any song you'd like!!
We had a mix of classic songs for before the ceremony, then our ceremony included songs like Sweet Child Of Mine and Perfect (Ed Sheeran). Then during cocktail hour we moved to newer or more upbeat songs.
The string quartet was a hit amongst our guests. They are so talented and really made our ceremony and cocktail hour special with the live music experience. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!
