I recently use Orange County Linens in preparation for a private event at my home. I'm new to the Southern California area and decided to try them out. I'm happy to say that I was not disappointed. I'm a very detailed-oriented person and I'm also very particular when it comes to customer service and execution.

I worked with Angie on all of the details for my event (tent, drapes & Lighting) and I was extremely satisfied and very pleased with the level of attention and detail that was provided. She was extremely patient with me as I made several changes to my order.

Angie is the best! She spent the time talking to me to ensure that she had all of the information necessary without ever rushing the customer. The entire administrative process was such a blessing.

Delivery came in a timely fashion. The only disappointing part was when it was time for the pick up and everything was dismantled and I felt like Cinderella after the ball. :-(

Angie is a consummate professional and an absolute joy to work with. I totally appreciated the professionalism of the Orange County Linens staff and this will definitely be the rental company that I call for my next event!
