I chose Open Door Valet for my wedding this past october. Wow what an awesome team of individuals. They made sure parking was taken care of and they even had shuttle service for us in a brand new Denali XL!

We didn't hire this company directly, but they were the company serving a hotel involved in our wedding. They were beyond unaccommodating (we had three cars carrying items for various events associated with the wedding and needed access to the cars to transfer items throughout the weekend). At one point when we tried to work something out (all we wanted was the cars near each other and access to the keys - they go off duty at some point and we would have been locked out of the cars), one of them made a rude comment about one of our party to another they didn't think was associated with us. When called out, they insisted the comment was not made, insisted they couldn't accommodate us because they were short staffed (which made no logical sense), then proceeded to lecture our group on the "rules.". Then, literally within the hour, one of them allowed himself to be hired out, while on the job and presumably being paid by the company also, to drive a different group of our party somewhere off site for three hours (he must not have realized we were associated). So much for rules and being short-staffed. We were all laughing about it all weekend, but truly, it made the logistics of the weekend much more complicated than they needed to be. We all had to schlep our stuff, including a wedding dress, up and down out of the hotel multiple extra times because we didn't know where the cars would be or whether we would have access. It might be different if you were paying them directly for your wedding, but why not find a company that just has better policies and logic and professionalism no matter who their direct client is?
