I seriously can't say enough good things about Joe and Open Bar Entertainment. The DJ was literally the first thing we booked when we got engaged and it was one of the best decisions we made throughout the wedding process. A good DJ can make or break a reception and if you don't believe this testimony that he made it, you should have seen my dance floor. It was full ALL.NIGHT.LONG. Not exaggerating. He knows how to play tunes that everyone loves to dance to, didn't over play the really clubby, grinding on each other type of music, and interacted enough with the crowd to keep them going. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY Recommend. Like stop reading this and get to booking!

My husband and I used to work weddings at a golf course and one of the first wedding we worked (in 2011), Open Bar Entertainment was there and they were active, HYSTERICAL and so good at their job! I kept their card for FOUR YEARS and we booked them in a heartbeat. We paid for the highest level of service because we wanted Joe and Scott, who we originally saw in 2011. Scott did all our videography and did NOT get off the dance floor all night--he had a blast! Joe is a DJ that is also a motivational speaker, so he knows how to work a crowd. My favorite thing about Open Bar Entertainment is that they are genuine people looking to interact with other people and they start at the dinner hour, not the dance. They get people enjoying one another's company, which therefore fills the dance floor later on! When people reflect on our wedding, they usually start with "Oh my gosh, your DJ was amazing!" We had many friends book them for their weddings because of how great they are! They even email your parents before the wedding introducing themselves, they email the bridal party asking for song requests, AND they email the people doing toasts and give them tips on public speaking! Don't think twice about booking these guys, they are worth every dime. My mom hand-wrote them a letter after the wedding saying they were officially part of the family. Oh, and Joe makes it a goal to dance with at least one Grandma at every wedding, now how fun is THAT!?

If 6 stars was an option, I would award it to Open Bar. We struggled with choosing a DJ, and I am so thankful we stumbled upon Open Bar. Joe was so easy to work with, organized, and made me feel at ease from the very first contact.

We were lucky enough to have Ryan DJ our actual wedding. He was AWESOME. Professional, on time, and SUPER fun. Ryan met with us prior to the wedding to make sure he had the game plan down, and he definitely listened and delivered on every single request we had! We also had a wide range of guests, so we really appreciated that he kept the party going while still keeping everything family-friendly and appropriate. All our guests raved about him, and we've been really happy to be able to recommend him to some of our close friends with upcoming weddings.

If you are on the fence about hiring Open Bar, don't hesitate - they are worth every penny! Our dance floor was literally packed for the entire duration of the dance, and it is 100% due to Ryan's mad party skillz! A+++!!!

When we were looking for an MC/DJ for our wedding, we knew that our guests weren't the type to dance so we needed someone who was also entertaining. We also didn't plan to have some of the traditional entertainment like the bouquet toss, garter belt removal, or cake cutting so we knew we needed to have some sort of other entertainment.

After our first conversation with Joe at Open Bar Entertainment, we didn't even look for another MC/DJ because we loved all the ideas he had for entertainment. The day of the wedding our guests LOVED Joe. He was even able to get our guests on the dance floor! He was funny, had tons of energy, and was very flexible. By the end of the night, so many guests complimented Joe that we lost count. He had such a great personality that one guest even thought he was a friend of ours.

Joe of Open Bar Entertainment is an absolutely amazing DJ. He's ridiculously friendly and outgoing. He goes above and beyond to get your guests involved, and my guests LOVED it. He had so many of them up on the dance floor, it was nuts! Exceeded my expectations about how many people would dance at my wedding. Book him…you will not be disappointed.
