Our chairs/plates arrived on time but it took her two days to pick them up from the venue. The late pickup went against our contract. We had to continuing following up with her while leaving for our honeymoon.
During the wedding I accidentally paid Laura instead of another vendor. I called her immediately and she acknowledged she received the over payment and said she would work on getting it back to me. After a couple of weeks of her going round and round with her story she has stopped communicating and blocked my number. She has not returned the money. She is thief completely dishonestly.
