Facilities and Capacity
Welcome to Once Upon a Time Events LLC, a wedding venue space situated on 70 acres of scenic hills, pastures and farms. Ideal for your engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception. The 3,200-square-foot barn offers a charming, rustic feel that is perfect for your dream country wedding. Draped with tulle and fairy lighting, the barn has a rustic yet elegant feel. Once Upon a Time can accommodate up to 175 guests, featuring reclaimed barn wood wainscoting, tables, linens, Chiavari chairs provided. The barn has several unique spaces, including spacious,outdoor decks complete with cafe lighting,pergolas, patio heaters and gas fire pits. There is also a gorgeous outdoor ceremony site with forty mile views. A large kitchen prep area with food warmers and commercial fridges is available and designed with your caterer in mind, but bringing your own food and drink is allowed. Large comfortable ADA compliant bathrooms. A projector is provided accompanied by a 100-inch movie screen, available to project photographs and treasured memories, . PA speakers anda bridal suite is also included in the venue's pricing. The grounds include a vintage travel trailers, a three story castle, and lots of space for cocktails, corn hole,and outdoor activities for your guests.
Services Offered
Once Upon a Time Events LLC offers a range of services that are included in the rental fee of the event space. Rentals include up to 175 white wooden Chiavari chairs, round tables and rectangular tables, and use of audio/visual equipment, a movie screen, a projector and a sound system. A complimentary, hour-long meeting between the vendors and family is available, as well as an hour-long planning meeting prior to the event itself. Once Upon a Time Events LLC welcomes outside caterers and vendors, who are responsible for delivery, cleanup and pickups. Additional services include:
