Just purchased a few Glitz Sequins Runners for a super low price from www.onthegolinens.com The website was super easy to use and the price was affordable for higher quantitites for our weddine.

On The Go Linens also didnt expect a large order, I noticed small minimums on the website so even if you wanted a few runners or tablecloths, they were ready and willing to make it for you.

I also compared the website to other places, this company actually produces the linens in house in Los Angeles so it means they are all custom made to order tablecloths, linens, sashes, runners, chair covers, and all your needs.

I called their office and they were super attentive. A guy picked up and knew a lot about linens, sizes, runners, table cloth colors and more. Considering the fact we are not active buyers of tablecloths, it feels good knowing a company is out there that is willing to give you the service with affordable pricing.

Me and lovely wife were planning for a wedding and extremely stress. I mean stressed to where I had to sleep on the couch some nights. One night when I was on the couch I discovered on the go linens and all my worrying disappeared. We found everything on this site and it was great to be able to shop at one place and get out of the way.

I feel sure I read mediocre reviews someplace like yelp about quality issues.

For our daughters wedding receptions we needed lavender overlays for 2 locations, 2 dates. I priced out rental which was too costly AND the colors were not available. For purchase, other companies just didn’t have the right color, and OTGL did by the sample they sent me. The price was better than renting. The phone service had been good, and they were fairly close so I expected fast shipping.

I ordered 12 overlays and 3 yards of crushed bichon fabric to make bows to tie around trees at a cost of $125. I only needed about 5 sashes, but couldn’t get the online system to work so I called and it was explained that a minimum order of 49 was required. That was very unfortunate for us.
The Pkg arrived very timely. I opened it slightly, took a look, liked the color and fabric, counted it all, and put it away. After thinking about the reviews, I decided to check the edges of each piece, and as I was doing that I discovered 3 of the 12 were defective. One had an entire 4” edge which was defective, almost like it had been stretched out, or stressed. maybe end of bolt?
Another had red splotches all over one end,like lipstick or a crayon had gone thru with it. Another had the same red dye and 1/8” holes.
None of the overlays were squared off.
I immediately called the company and was told the red was markings on the bolt and would wash off, but was sent 3 replacements.

The replacements came but were a different shade and heavier fabric. It is obvious to me or when they are stacked. Laid out on tables and decorated it w

Had ordered some tablecloth overlays on a Saturday. I called Monday to reassure of my order and come to find out. They don’t have what I ordered even though they took my money they didn’t have the item that I wanted. So I had to pick another item and double paid for UPS and I never got my package! It was their mistake for riding the wrong address in the shipping label. My address was off by a number. And they will not refund my money. This company is a SCAM!!!

This company On The Go Linens is a total ripoff. I ask for one thing they give me another i requested glitz they give me dull pink instead of glitz. Why categorize something thats not true sell it to the consumer. I had called to return it. A huge hassel for that to get a RMA# and on top of it when i purchased the table runner it wasnt on final sale until i called that they were like oh look its final sale you cant return it. So now that im not getting my refund for something i dont want im stuck with ugly disgusting cheap fabrics. Oh and as for the banquet linen there charging me 45% restocking fee again stuck with ugly cheap sequence falling apart fabric. Very poor customer service and a terrible return policy. I highly dont recommend this disgusting company to no one.

HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered expensive linens via Chat, I verified all materials through links from other sites MAKE SURE it was correct. Guess what, the material was different. Cheap and NOT the same material at all! The owner would not take any credit for the mistake even though I sent pictures, also would not Andrew my calls or return them. Kept sending very rude emails stating he would not correct it or refund. AWEFUL! Go with CV linens, Urquid Linens , do not put yourself through the horrible quality, lies and mistreatment this company did to me.

I ordered some expense of linens from this company. I was chatting with somebody the other website and told them what I needed just to make sure that I was ordering the right material. I even sent a link from a different website to ensure 100 percent that I was getting what I expected. The person on the chat and shirred me that it was the same material and sent me an invoice via email and that’s where I had paid it. I never saw any pictures but I did send them a link with the material clearly visible which the insured me 100 percent that it was the same thing. I receive the order order and the material is completely different. I took a picture of the material they sand versus the material I showed them online and the owner who is very rude, swears that I agreed to this material even though I never did see a picture of it, and I sent him a picture verifying of what I needed. I have a transcript proving this whole process and now he is saying he is not taking material back at all even though it was their fault No this leaves me with rush shipping from another company which is going to be very expensive and addition holding onto these linens that I cannot use
