This ballroom seats up to 600 guests for a couple’s wedding. Smaller events can be hosted in one of the hotel’s distinctive function rooms, while larger parties or ceremonies can occur in the three main ballrooms. The Grand Ballroom boasts 10,000 square feet of space when opened up to its full size. It can also be broken down into as many as seven different rooms for more intimate use. Glistening chandeliers hanging from ceilings add elegance to this ballroom. The La Joya Ballroom displays six large crystal chandeliers under which couples and guests come together. Elegant decor, windows and great acoustics add to the charm of this ballroom. The Colonnade Ballroom perches high on the building’s 20th floor. The large floor to ceiling windows offer stunning views of the San Antonio skyline and the Texas hill country. Like the Grand Ballroom, it can be divided into smaller rooms for smaller functions.

    We used The Omni San Antonio Hotel at the Colonnade for our wedding room block. They did a fantastic job accommodating all of our out of town guests. Indoor pool was a hit for the kids, customer service was outstanding, and restaurant meals were delicious. Hotel staff is sooo friendly!!! Event managers personally overlooked the delivery of our welcome bags. Very happy we chose The Omni!

    If you are looking for not a great place to hold your event, then your look is over! I am a repeat customer of the Omni Colonnade, I have sponsored 4 events and have been a part of 2 other events held at the Omni Colonnade. The staff from the hotel staff to catering staff to the bellman are not only highly professional but they are helpful and patient. I can't wait to host my next event at the Omni Colonnade.

    The Omni made everything easy and even on the day of, they went above and beyond to add in extras and make the wedding reception perfect. The La Joya ballroom was the perfect size and their setup was exactly as we had hoped it would be. The staff was accommodating and checked in with us multiple times in order to make sure everything was as we had wanted it to be, making any adjustments if needed. It was so helpful to have everything at one place and not have to worry about the linens, etc.
