    Absolutely amazing!!!

    Just wow!! Ashley was amazing and the entire team at this hotel was just fantastic. They made me feel very important, made sure all my needs were met before I even knew I needed them. Ashley went above and beyond for my entire family. I can’t say enough about her, she knows what she is doing and loves her job. The food was excellent, the service was excellent all my guest are talking about how great everything was. So if you are looking for a venue, this is the place!!! Highly recommend

    We used The Omni San Antonio Hotel at the Colonnade for our wedding room block. They did a fantastic job accommodating all of our out of town guests. Indoor pool was a hit for the kids, customer service was outstanding, and restaurant meals were delicious. Hotel staff is sooo friendly!!! Event managers personally overlooked the delivery of our welcome bags. Very happy we chose The Omni!

    If you are looking for not a great place to hold your event, then your look is over! I am a repeat customer of the Omni Colonnade, I have sponsored 4 events and have been a part of 2 other events held at the Omni Colonnade. The staff from the hotel staff to catering staff to the bellman are not only highly professional but they are helpful and patient. I can't wait to host my next event at the Omni Colonnade.

    The Omni made everything easy and even on the day of, they went above and beyond to add in extras and make the wedding reception perfect. The La Joya ballroom was the perfect size and their setup was exactly as we had hoped it would be. The staff was accommodating and checked in with us multiple times in order to make sure everything was as we had wanted it to be, making any adjustments if needed. It was so helpful to have everything at one place and not have to worry about the linens, etc.

    Our experience working with the Omni Colonnade to plan our wedding was exceptional. During a time that can be so stressful and overwhelming, it was incredible to work with such kind, responsive, and understanding people. They really know their stuff, are so easy to work with, and make the experience a truly enjoyable one. The value for the services they provide also can't be beat. Couldn't have asked for more!

    From start to finish the Omni Hotel at the Colonnade gave us excellent service and the best quality. Christine Fleming is the Event Sales Manager and she assisted us every step of the way and accomodated all of our requests. They provided a full service, seated dinner and did all of the set up and break down. All we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves! The ballroom was beautiful, and the food was great. Many of our friends said it was the nicest reception they've ever attended. We had the reception of our dreams!

    Made my reception the best it ever could've been. I loved it here. definitely recommending it to others!
